Un magnífico lugar para tener un desayuno cuando todos los demás han cerrado (para desayuno). Magnífico servicio, buen estacionamiento, muy buen bufet o a la carta. Recomendable.
Slow, forgetful, Sticky salt shakers. Ambiance- plain, but many windows. Menu- few choices. No bev menu. Sneaky - guy brings bitter coffee(as if free), but is $5. Fried potatos w/omelette (bland) were not fresh or hot, chewy, very greasy! Could not eat. Engl muffin $5- not fresh, hard, dense, tiny. Parfait- 4 bluberries in 1/3 C yog, no honey, granola side was not crisp. Food- not gd, low value.

Wanted to dine at a new restaurant during Dallas Restaurant Week. The three-course menu looked inviting, and the meal was delicious. The restaurant is in a Marriott hotel which was a surprise, but the ambiance was good. Only service hiccup was not asking how to prepare our steaks, and one was less pink on the inside than we like it. Our bottle of wine was complimentary as we were celebrating a birthday. A very thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated.
Good Grace's was a lovely experience. The restaurant is pretty quiet but so relaxing. Service was good. Felt a bit rushed toward the end even though we were the only two in the restaurant. We did restaurant week and each course was so delicious. Make sure to park in the Marriot valet and not across the street in the garage.
Patio was nice, easy in/out. Service was a little slow but didn't feel rushed. Food was ok - surprised they didn't offer dessert at lunch. Would go back just for the patio and try something different that the steak frites. Cobb salad was decent and fries were great.
Our waitress, Magdalena was very accommodating. We had a mix of adults and children. The food was good and the service was great.
Heads up, this is a Marriott hotel restaurant. If I had known that, I wouldn't have booked it. We got the cheese and meat charcuterie boards and they were both marginal. The service at 8:00pm on a Friday night was awful- only one person. The drinks were good but overpriced- wont be back.
Went for Valentine's Day, and the experience was mediocre. Everyone at the restaurant was dressed up like they were the manager, but no one seemed to know what was going on. There weren't even that many guests, yet after waiting over 30 minutes, I had to call someone over to take our order. Our appetizer was mistakenly served to another table. It sat there for a few minutes while the guests, confused about receiving two items when they had only ordered one, called the server. The server took the dish back—then simply brought it over to us. When we pointed out that it had been on someone else's table, they took it back and replaced it. The rest of the service was just as slow, and the food's taste and quality were underwhelming. The presentation was nice, but that was about it. Overall, it was a very basic experience—nothing special, unfortunately.

Unfortunately our waitress (lady) took forever to bring us water, the dessert menu, check on us. It was our wedding dinner celebration. The food was great the service was 2/5 stars
The Valentine's Day menu was a bust. Food was way overpriced for its quality. My fried oyster was ice cold and not only was my fish cold, but it was completely raw and still had multiple sections of bones in it. Unfortunately the service wasn't much better, as we never saw our waiter again after the appetizer round. Our waters never got refilled, until after we had to flag someone down to ask for our check. The only redeeming part of this dinner were the drinks and the desert. Hopefully they do better on a regular night with their standard menu, but I don't know that we will ever be back to find out
Disgusting and horrible waitress. We heard her complain we seated ourselves ….no one was in the restaurant to seat us then that our 9 party was too loud, only people in resturant.

Good Graces is a gorgeous looking restaurant. We did not know it was a part of a hotel and with that there is never anyone there. A travesty because the food we had was spectacular! I would have rated the atmosphere higher but with no one there there’s not really a vibe just an empty restaurant. But the food, the food we had was amazing. We didn’t try the whole menu because honestly in my experience when there’s no one there the food is bad. So we only ordered the truffle parm fries and a Caesar salad. But those fries, those are the best fries I’ve ever had in my life. I’d go back just for the fries. The plates looked gorgeous and the flavor was not lacking! The bread was even amazing I think it was a Japanese style bread and it was tasty. Service was hotel style and since we were the only ones inside you’d think the service would be better but it was not. Service was 3 out of 10. Based on the food we had alone I’d give Good Graces 7.9 out of 10. I’d rate the atmosphere higher if there was people but that is the only reason for the 3 stars. Funny thing was, I made a reservation for this place and laughed when we walked in and we were the only people 🤷🏻♂️.

When booking we didn't realize the restaurant was in a hotel so walking in was a bit awkward, there's no distinct entrance other than through a side door from the outside or through the lobby. There's no hostess stand or anyone to seat you so you just find a spot and sit. Pros: Impressive wine list, I was surprised to see some of the more prestigious wines from Napa on there. Service, the manager got our wine right away and our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made some great recommendations when asked. Food, came within 10 minutes of ordering and everything was the proper temperature. My one complaint here, some of the pieces of the baguette for the Burrata had a huge hole in it so it was difficult to get a bite from that one. Just a details thing that could have been prevented. But overall the flavors were great and everything was plated beautifully. Dining room was neat, clean and decorated nicely. Cons: Nobody to greet and seat. Ambience was a little off. It was really brightly lit but there's probably not much they can control being a part of the hotel lobby. Overall I was impressed with Chef Han and his staff. This could easily be a stand alone restaurant and they would knock it out of the park. I think being in a hotel does the food a bit of a disservice, they weren't as busy as they should have been on a Saturday night with how good the food was and the level of service. We enjoyed our experience and would definitely come back.
