Had a craving for biscuits and gravy and searched Reddit. This place came up and it did not disappoint. The farmhouse breakfast sandwich may be the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. Self seating, rustic vibes. The biscuits and gravy were amazing.

Fantastic breakfast/lunch sandwiches + 3rd wave coffee in one place, plus a bunch of craft beer and cider. Kinda brewery type vibes. Very good. Never have I ever had pastrami-style mushrooms anywhere else!

Great casual breakfast and lunch place, plus a reach-in cooler with packaged beer and other beverages to go. Terrific biscuit sandwiches, among other delicious things. Good coffee bar inside (order and pay separately). Don’t confuse it with its sibling bar/burger place across Peavy Road: this does not serve beer, wine, or cocktails.
I can’t get them out of my mind.. I have made Fridays my day to come here to celebrate weekends eve to grab a sandwich and a half life from Martin house if I’m feeling naughty. And of course give into temptation and I’m back on Sunday for Biscuits and gravy. Always a vibe here ??

I come here almost every week. If you come on a weekend you will likely wait a hot minute for food, but all the food is amazing and worth the wait. I love that you can make your own egg biscuit and mix and match protein/style of egg since my littles are picky. Their biscuit and gravy are my personal favorite. All the staff are kind.Kid-friendliness: People come here with kids all the time and the menu is flexible for you to have food your way. The pancakes are pretty big so I recommend just getting one for one kid instead of the standard two!

Cannot say enough good about Goodfriend. Everything is delicious. I especially love the pancakes and any of their lunch sandwiches are to die for.
Food is amazing, but unless you're a woman, the staff completely ignores you. 4 times in a row I've had to wait 20 mins for my prepaid, online Togo order that was already ready, the staff just refuses to acknowledge you or check.

The veginator was the bomb. It was extremely flavorful and perfectly seasoned and fresh. We got it as a sourdough sandwich. Yummy.
