I don't leave reviews often, but I am currently looking around online for another baker for my daughter's upcoming birthday party because Dani (the cake genius/artist behind Goodies) will be on maternity leave, and I noticed that Goodies has 4.5 stars on Google. This compelled me to leave a review because anything lower than 5 stars for Goodies is an injustice! I've used Goodies for every birthday celebration for the last several years, and they exceed my (irrationally high) expectations every. single. time. They are creative, incredibly talented, and true masters of their craft. If you are looking for a beautiful and DELICIOUS custom cake for an upcoming event, look no further.

They are the best! I ordered a heart cake last year for my Fiancé from them! It was honestly the best cake I have ever had and they were able to do a relatively short turnaround time! Highly recommend the cream cheese flavor!

Super disappointed with the service and experience with this cakery. I was a returning customer from a cake back in 2020, hoping to get a very simple white cake to celebrate my wedding at our backyard dinner welcome party. After submitting an order request, this was denied because they “don’t offer cakes for any wedding celebrations, even small ones at this time!” If you are hoping for a cake for a wedding, or even a small celebration before or after your day, go elsewhere! or at minimum don’t mention it is to celebrate anything about a wedding!

OMG we were craving sweets and happened to stumble upon goodies bakery. I’m met the Owner and got to meet mom too. She gave us a strawberry mini cake along with the chocolate mini cake and you guys. This is fresh yummy stuff. Highly recommend for your next Order oh and by the way, this girl is so busy she needs a month in advance so if you’re reading this and you have a birthday party around the corner, you better get on her cake order schedule!! thank you ? ??

I decided to throw a kinda last minute party for my little one and reached out to Goodies Cakery for a cake. Not only did Goodies Cakery agree to make the cake, but also accommodated the pick up time. The cake was decorated better than we expected! Our guests asked who made the cake and the kids could barely keep their hands off the cake. The edible lego pieces were the perfect addition to the cake. I knew I had picked the perfect bakery when my husband, who hates chocolate, had a piece of the cake and said it was good. Thank you for making the perfect Lego cake!

Goodies Cakery is my favorite bakery!!! Everything is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend the banana pudding and cake gems. The decor is adorable as well. I have also ordered several custom cakes online. Dani, the owner, takes time to learn your vision and make sure it’s perfect. She is incredibly talented and her cakes are always the star of any event. This is a DFW gem!!

There are not enough good things to say about Goodies Cakery. Not only are the custom cakes a work of art, but they are DELICIOUS too. I check out the baker’s portfolio on instagram @goodiescakery to check out all the incredible cakes she has made and what is available in-store. My recent SMU grad cake was amazing and Dani paid attention to every little detail and was so kind to work with. I have recently been snagging the banana puddings, chocolate tres leches, and to go truffles, Oreos, etc. After a long day at work I stop by to grab some of my favorites. It is always great to support local business and Goodies Cakery makes it easy because I’m addicted to everything :)

Went by this bakery a month ago and I was very excited to find a bakery in the DFW area since me and my little one had just relocated. I had spoken with the owner Dani via email and she seemed pretty friendly. But when I went into her bakery shop to buy a mini cake to test out the flavor her attitude was different. I was trying to talk with her about the idea I had for my little one's cake but I felt so rushed and she seemed not interested in what I had to say. It bothered me a lot and she also told me that she does not do deliveries as well.The vibe was really off and it didn't seem like my business mattered much to her so I decided to just work with my cake lady who is out of town who is willing to deliver my little one's cake and has the best customer service.Cute shop tho!
