Our first night on vacation in Dallas and we were so exhausted we decided to just DoorDash and eat in the hotel room… This was some of the best food we had ever eaten! Such a great value as well!!! You cannot miss this gem! Had to call and let them know what a great job they were doing, and it was the sweetest couple ever! Good owners make the food even better!

I don’t know where to start. This food was so good, I had to pull over on the way to my destination because I couldn’t stop eating. The Oreo waffle was not like any waffle I’ve ever had. It literally melted in my mouth and my hands (yes I started eating with my fingers ?). The waffles, omg. No syrup needed. I am a lamb chop connoisseur and these lamb chops were top tier! Oh and the greens and cabbage combo…I could literally eat a bowl of them by themselves. I also had Mac n cheese. I’m not a huge fan of Mac and cheese but their Mac n cheese was very very good. The food was hot and fresh and I will definitely be back.

Being a creative person myself my food has to reflect that as well! And Gorilla Nutz provides just that from unique flavors such as the "Spicy Strawberry Wings". My cheat spot for the weekends!

I had a 6 wing combo and a cookies waffle. My waffle was great !! Loved it. But everything else was sort of a miss for me. The grabbage tasted like skillet but no real flavor. The Mac and cheese was dry and not really cheesy and my wings . . . . I tried gorilla and hot lemon. I wanted Gorilla because I didn’t kno the actual flavor but the restaurant is GORILLA NUTZ so I figured oh a signature flavor. Only problem was . . . . There wasn’t any flavor. The hot lemon were just ok. I would try again

I wanted to take time to leave a review for this food. I want to make sure I give credit where credit is due. The presentation was phenomenal and for the amount of food the price was decent. However, the food was not appetizing in the least bit. We decided to grab this for lunch on a Sunday after seeing great comments for it on Instagram. We ordered the lamb chops, hot Cheeto crawfish gorilla balls, pink monkey wings, strawberry waffles, cookies and cream waffles, gorilla wings, grabbage, Gouda Mac and cheese and some sort of lemon pepper wings for a total of $80. We ordered online and informed it would take around 30 minutes, however it took an hour. Next, we attempted to order inside on the screen and the option was not available. Regarding the food, the lamb chops were good, however they were small. Next the hot cheeto crawfish gorilla balls, which is supposed to be hot Cheeto coated crawfish boudin balls, they were not spicy or seasoned at all. Next, the waffles were both pleasantly tasteful. When it comes to the wings they were not good at all. The lemon pepper edition was only flavored on one side. The gorilla wings do not have flavor AT ALL, it was a plain wing essentially. The pink money wings which seemed to be a reedition of strawberry barbecue or something like that just taste like barbecue with diced strawberries on top. The grabbage was okay, but it was not what social media made it out to be. Regarding the Mac and cheese, there was no seasoning. The only flavor we tasted was cheese, it’s almost like the noodles or cheese sauce was not seasoned. For the price and the wait of this food I would not recommend.

Thought I'd give it a try. Heard about it on a podcast I listen to. It was just ok. Sides seemed old. Not for me. A $32 lunch that wasn't worth it. Sorry, I gave it a try. No restaurant
