Ate here again after staying away for a while and was reminded quickly why I stopped coming.
I asked for a water refill and was approached with a half-filled cup of water(no ice) attempting to be poured over my original cup. I glance over and see the same waitress refill other customers' cups WITH ice and their original cups.
The manager was made aware but it did not feel genuine;
I will not be supporting business that doesn't respect me or my contributions!

This place really sucks now it used to be so delicious! The service sucks the restrooms are disgusting and the little Asian lady who usually welcomes people in is really rude. The food is sitting out there for hours before they put fresh new food in there. I don't recommend this place at all!
This place was far from the pictures. The food was very limited for 17.35 for one person. Most of the food tasted as if it was sitting all day. The place was empty and know I know why it was. The bathroom was a dump. The topper was that your plates were picnic plastic plates and plastic spoons lol. This place will never see me again. The server was acting as if she was watching your every move as if she felt you were going to leave with out paying, sad place. And the homeless were lurking like they were waiting to break into cars while they paced up and down the front sidewalk.
Hands Down best Chinese food I ever had in Dallas. The people are so genuine and nice. Great place.

Not really a fan of these place. I got sick after I ate, the food it was sooo greasy it made my stomach hurt. I don’t usually leave bad reviews and try to be comprehensive however not sorry to Grand China buffet by personal experience wouldn’t recommend it.
