I came through the drive through and was helped by the nicest young lady. This was on Sunday Nov. 16th at about 3:30. When I got to the window I was met by the sweetest young African american lady. She had the nicest smile and happy demeanor. Not what you usually get from a drive thru. The food was amazing. Chicken was juicy and the crust wasn't crunchy. If it was just kept up a little better. That why I don't go to grandy's, they are so run down looking. Corporate needs to have more pride!

This CORPORATE GRANDYS is the worst I have ever experienced. Employee telling what they don't do. If sausage gravy is on the menu how are you going to charge me for something you do not DO EXPLAIN THAT TO ME PLEASE. will never eat at this one again. Run

Just went got sunshine platter i get my order the mexican lady ask if i want any jelly i got one foe my order put it in the bag aand went home get ready to eat no syurp in the bag im like really her are the guy that prepared my food is the blame make sure people have everything that go with what there eating them two been working there to long to make simple mistakes

White girl running drive threw acted like she wanted to be anywhere in the world besides their I ordered chicken sandwich chicken was hard enough to drive nails in the wall with do you use it a hammer if I would like it I would post a picture of it but it says I can't do that .... Keep driving don't waste your money at this location

Drove from across town and they didn’t open at the designated time. The worker pulled up and still didn’t open the lobby or come to the drive thru.
