I came 3 weeks ago. Wasn't great. Building needs improvement. I came today they won't open the door. 8:30am. I working in this area again. The employee just keeps walking by and refuse to pick up the phone. No hours on the door for Saturday service.

I went to this location yesterday through drive-thru to get a chicken fried steak mashed potatoes and corn and roll up on checking my things when I got home in the car I looked at my role dinner roll and it was bit all off like a rat or something had been chewing on it so I had to turn around and go complain about that they act like they had a problem with giving me another role and I also asked for a cup of ice they act like they didn't want to give it to me they didn't give it to me at first when I asked for it and he said ma'am why do you keep saying that it looks like a rat beat it that's what it looked like they had a funky attitude I don't think I would really eat. I sure won't refer anyone and I love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love love me some Grandy's

I went n order a double steak meals n lady making food kept touching her Face, touched her Ear that's just nasty when u serve food, young blk lady didn't put icing on cinnamon rolls, called da Manger who told me to come get my order replaced, But young dude Mexican Manger wouldn't replaced my order, Lady's restroom Out of Soap , do not wear gloves here either, Grandys on Jim Miller

This place was closed down for several months. Looks like they should’ve stayed closed. Ordered the double southwestern grilled chicken. Got two pieces of boot leather and bad service. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.Update: chicken cold, dry and hard as a rock. Corn undercooked, okra cold. I don’t know how you screw up fried okra and bread, but they managed to do it. Last time I ever go to this Grandy’s. Horrible!
