Can you say slow death! I think this group is slowly sinking. This locations lobby was closed. The team didn't communicate with people waiting on orders. If you serve the same thing and your sales slowly go down why would you keep doing the same thing. On top of that customers are not greeted when they enter and you thank them after the purchase. If you are not going to do either, your business will decline. We are in time where service makes the difference, even if your food is mediocre. Either step up your food or step up your service!

Just wasn't the Grandys I was used to. Ambient means alot and just wasn't there. 6 cars pull avg 3 plp a car but couldn't get inside to eat.

This is a 10 piece mix from Grandy's on Polk street in Dallas Texas it's horrible and I know they knew better to service this crap

The food was awesome but I was disappointed receiving these baby 6 piece nuggets. Temperature was on point and so was the taste. McDonald's nuggets are bigger than this! I've had grandys nuggets before but they are half the size now. Do not order this dish because it's not worth the value$.

The 18th of August 2023 10:00 a.m.3738 Marvin D love Dallas Texas 75224Haven't been here in a while and my first time coming through the drive-thru I had excellent service my order was accurate.The employees was nice and courtesy don't know who the manager was but then an hour but as always outstanding customer service food was great no mistakes in the order.The guest service JaquanWas a great employee so he was great and quite sure the manager was outstanding it's always an outstanding miniature I don't remember her name.To the manager and employees and employees I know you may not be there long, but for the time being keep-up the great work.Managers keep up the great work, keep the employees happy.If the manager happy the employees are happy I will keep getting great customer service like I've been getting, I will be returning.

I order delivery through Uber when I received my order wasn't no gravy on my country fried steak or mashed potatoes. I didn't get my dinner rolls at all. Then when i call the store no answer. Very Disappointed!!!
