The staff have been super friendly and cheerful.This year especially, I requested a custom design for my husband's birthday and ALEX has been amazing in service and did a wonderful job at designing my custom order! ?? Life got busy and I called last minute to get a same day cookie cake on Saturday March 30th #momfailI was SO appreciative they were able to accommodate and the associates were friendly as always!I just asked for rainbow and fun. They delivered and my 10 year old was just as happy as every other year ??And we're always thankful for the support of our schools and neighborhood!

Picture this - hours before your wedding you are scrambling to find a reliable baker to make a custom cookie cake after your initial plans changed. You call all over the DFW area but nobody can take your order because not only is it your wedding day, it's also New Years Eve. Then finally, like a sun beam on a warm spring morning, Ms. Shaquita comes through and saves our wedding. Not much more to say, truly outstanding same day service on one of the busiest days of the year. Thanks to Ms. Shaquita for coming through! I mean look at my picture! The attention to detail is immaculate. 10/10

The two people working on November 24 at 2:30 pm were rude to my mother. It would help if you educated your staff members on which gluten-free cookies you have. Every time she comes here, she asks for gluten-free cookies, but they say they don't sell those. So my mom has to look up what cookies are gluten-free and show them physically. Well, today, she looked it up, and the claim manager today said, “Well, if you know it, then why are you asking?” This is very horrible behavior, and I do hope you correct it. We have been coming to this location since it's the only place in our area that sells gluten-free cookies she likes but we will be looking for another location. My mom doesn't just get gluten-free just because she has a major wheat allergy.

Every time I come in here they lie about the gluten-free cookies I have Google it and show them which cookie is gluten free. The new manager is rude and disrespectful how are you a manager but don't know what products you have especially when it comes to allergies and food sensitivities.....
My cookie cake was supposed to say "Happy 40th Sam!" When we went to pick it up it said "Lam" instead of Sam. We asked if there was any way to fix it and were told that there wasn't anyone there that knew how. How can there not be anyone at the store that knows how when you advertise that you can make a custom cookie cake in an hour?I will say that the cookie cake did taste good. I just chose to cut the piece with the unwanted L first.

so poorly run. placed an order for cookies for our sports team, can to pick up and waited 5 minutes for someone to come out of the back, and was given chocolate chip plain cookies. I said and showed my receipt for my frosted sugar and was told too bad, this is what they had and I could wait 10 minutes for them to be frosted but I needed to pay more-preferably cash. Ummm shady. And the manager whoever is SO rude. Place is gross.
