Just getting to the point, went in last night with my girlfriend for an event. I went to the bar 2x myself and everytime I was closing, the bartenders kept giving me the same dried pen so I couldn't really sign so I gave them cash. On the last one, I specifically remember giving them a tip but as soon as I check my account in the morning, a $75 was taken out and I know damn well I didnt give or spent anything that amount last night because it was only 2 pineapple malibus and a beer... What kind of scam is this & where's y'all integrity...

On Labor Day weekend, on a Sunday, I went to their special event upstairs wearing shorts and a collared shirt, and I got in without a problem. I had an amazing time. Later, I showed up again in the same style, just different collared shirt and shorts, but this time, I wasn’t allowed upstairs. They told me no shorts, and that the dress code was casual.

So I went and asked what’s the dress code, they said the rule was jeans and a collared shirt, clean and formal, basically no shorts. Then today (Sept 27/28), I went in a collared shirt, jeans, and sneakers, but they still told me I didn’t meet the business casual dress code.

Honestly, I don’t understand what they’re looking for. The first time I went, it was great, and now they’re being inconsistent and not letting me upstairs. It’s frustrating and disappointing.

Green Light Social is easily one of the best spots in Dallas—the food is amazing, the drinks are top-tier, and the vibe is unbeatable—but honestly the highlight of my night was our server Kelsey. She had the perfect mix of energy, attentiveness, and personality that made the whole experience feel next-level, plus she’s straight-up sexy on top of being incredible at what she does. It’s not often you get someone who can keep the whole place running smoothly while still making you feel like you’re the main event, but she pulled it off effortlessly. Between the killer food (get the Boujee Fries, trust me) and Kelsey’s unforgettable presence, I’ll be coming back here every chance I get.

Hit the Ruby upstairs for a Monday night dj set.. got there kinda early by all accounts, but by the time the sun dropped and drinks had been flowing, people/sound/experience made for a fun night out. Cool spot, great view, and peeps had a pleasant vibe for this side of town.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this establishment. I accidentally left behind a personal item that was confirmed to be tracked there. Since I am from out of town, I asked a friend to stop by in person, and they confirmed that the item was indeed at the venue. However, when I attempted to arrange retrieval, staff suddenly denied having it.

I have tried contacting the business multiple times — calling over 15 times, leaving voicemails, and even attempting to email — yet no one has responded. Calls consistently go unanswered, and no messages are returned. This lack of communication and accountability is extremely concerning.

As a customer, I simply want clear communication and honesty regarding my lost item. I strongly urge management to improve responsiveness and transparency, as this experience has left me questioning the integrity of their operations.
