This place is really good ? I had the birria quesadillas and the quality of the meat and the consume were of the chain man! I also had the trompo tacos I was really impressed I re ordered again it was well worth it. I will definitely be back again

I was doing a dash order and the short lady doing the register was more concerned about her buddies and hoohawing then giving great service. I said my orders name 6 times and she placed it on the counter and didn't say anything for 5 min!. Not like we can just pick up the order without their help. She was so unprofessional. I've nvr eaten here and wouldn't based on her lack of service!

Ordered at this place a couple times on Uber eats and I always call to tell them to only give me the green salsa ( not the red ) even though I put it in my notes.So with that being said , I ordered again tonight and things took a turn. They told me that they would not grill my steak taco even though they have in the past. Literally yesterday, and the man I spoke to yesterday was the same person I spoke to today and he wanted to act like he had amnesia.He said and I quote “ we can’t grill steak here we can only boil it “ and I told him that yall have allowed me to have it grilled before so why the issue now? He then said how the cook said no? But he was the one running things ? Mind you this is the SAME person I spoke to yesterday that said they would grill it that’s saying no today. Super weird and he was condescending about it.I honestly don’t even know why I am asking a Mexican street food spot to GRILL my steak instead of BOILING it .That’s literally insane.Although the food is good when GRILLED , this place won’t get a penny from me moving forward.Get better customer service. Thx!

Steak meat looked nothing like the pics which was the reason we came it looked really good online when we got the food the steak meat was soupy as if it was boiled like stewed meat and it was a light brown in color we didn’t enjoy it at all we were so excited to go there too oh well unfortunately we won’t be back the search for good street tacos north of Dallas continues we know places in Dallas on the southeastern side but we now live in Allen and we’re looking for something good that’s closer side note the green salsa was fire that was the best part

I usually order from here quite often but my last order was very bad I ordered 2 meat quesadilla which was fine but one of the most disappointing items I received was a tamale,by far the worst tamale I had tasted in my life it was like they made them with cornbread mix, I had a bad feeling as soon as I saw how big it was,and I was right so dry no moisture whatsoever it was like the last tamales of the day but I ordered my food at 1 pm,very disappointing most likely won’t visit again.

When I got there to pick up my order they claimed they never got my order. I’m showing the receipt the confirmation and telling them it’s ordered through my email it took EIGHT MINUTES for them to give me my order after swearing they didn’t have it. I added avocados to my tacos they did not add it to my order even though I paid for the addition. He claimed he doesn’t have the order (but somehow made it???) and insisted that i needed to be recharged for the avocados or get a refund. Even though I have the receipt on my end showing him I have paid for the addition. Just awful awful service. I’m not sure if it’s a staff change because a year ago it was always a great experience.

No more Fuel City for me and the take Apple Pay and stay open 24/7. If u get hungry late night and don't know what to eat you can never go wrong with this place Hands down one of the best spots in Dallas!!

I ordered loaded fries, and it was disgusting . The chicken was boiled with no seasoning and seemed to be from a can and the guacamole had huge chunks of tomato and onion in it was really thrown together. I asked if I could have something different and they told me no, They put a blob of cheese on top that was charred under and gross. I did not request a refund, I simply wanted to replace the meal they provided. 0/10 do not recommend. This food was so bad. Do not waste your time or money on this place.
