We got the flight of sides, Mac n cheese was absolutely our favorite, the brussel sprouts and the broccolini. They also brought in an extra side by accident so had the mashed potatoes as well. Husband for the tomahawk pork chop and I had the 8oz filet and I added some chimichurri sauce in the side. All was absolutely fantastic. We got the cheesecake for dessert and that paired with the cinnamon ice cream was divine. Oh don't let me forget the Angels and Devils margarita. Best drink!!!!! The complimentary bread to start with was secretly one of my favorite parts. Definitely a great spot for a special occasion as we celebrated my husband's birthday.

Service and experience was outstanding. Only slight issue is we got seats toward the center of the tower so we were just facing a group eating. The food didn't taste up to the price of it. Crab and scallop handroll were really good. Salmon handroll was okay. We also got the tartare that would've been really good but felt overpowered by the mustard seeds. The Australian cut for steak was a little too thick for us even when we asked medium rare but that's probably expected for the size they advertised. Salmon steak was not good and too dry. The brussel sprouts were really good. Chocolate/banana cake was the best one out of everything!

When you walk up to the building there is an odor from outside. The food was overly priced based on taste and portion size. I have had better salad at Chick-fil-A. The salad was full of salad dressing. The salmon was dry, you can get a better one at Cheedars. The view is amazing! The waiter was upset we weren't drinking, and you have to wait upstairs. They ask my husband to take off his hat but you can wear blue jeans.

My wife and I went there this past weekend for our anniversary. The scenery was beautiful and staff was professional and courteous. Staff really went above and beyond by professionalism to give its guests a trully upscale experience. Food was amazing and the waiter was helpful with food Description and the nights events. Would highly recommend this place.

Disappointed in the food offerings. This was not a true buffet. We got an entree with the buffet and the buffet was small and mostly salad and sushi. Did not like the 66.00 gratuity that was automatically added also and the mimosas were 12.00 each in addition to the 66.00 gratuity and the 80.00 brunch buffet. Too pricey for what they offered

One of a kind experience with a wonderful view. Our waiter Edgar brought us first class service. The steak and lamb was excellent. Will definitely be going back for a round 2!

Located on the 1st floor (one above the main floor) of the Westin hotel in downtown Dallas, Grill & Vine has excellent food, service, and atmosphere. My caprese dinner and apple dessert was $29 before tip. The night time city views were stunning. You can see them from anywhere in the dining room as the windows are immensely tall and line the two enclosing walls of the restaurant. The indoor decor is also gorgeous and added to the ambiance. Our server, Robyn, was attentive and politely funny. She knows how to read the room, and she took the time to talk with us and took very good care of us. I lucked out with free street parking (meters only run from 7am-6pm) and there happened to be an opening, but the traffic and street parking was quite crowded for a Tuesday night. There's a paid parking lot very close as well as paid garage parking at the hotel.

We visited the restaurant yesterday, and unfortunately, the service was absolutely awful. From the moment we sat down, the waiter was unfriendly and impatient when we tried to order. I tried to ignore it at first, but things only got worse from there. At the beginning, the waiter asked where we were from, and when we said Israel, his attitude immediately felt dismissive. I ordered a cocktail, and instead of placing it near me, he put it at the far end of the table and expected me to reach for it myself (the table was quite large). When I asked for a bag to take some cookies (dessert) to go, he laughed and brought me a bag so small that not even one cookie would fit - it felt like he was mocking me!! When I asked for a bigger one, he laughed again and said they didn't have any. Only after I insisted did he bring me a proper box to take the cookies. Throughout the meal, he and another waiter kept staring at us and talking about us , not even trying to hide it. He didn't ask even once if the food or drinks were okay, and we had to wait 50 minutes for our food to arrive .. something that has never happened before. There were a few more unpleasant things that happened, but honestly, if I keep writing, it will never end. It was a terrible experience. We've been to this restaurant before and always enjoyed it, but this time was completely different. I'm not the type of person who usually writes reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I felt I had to share it.
