We hadn't had Grimaldis in many years, but I don't remember it being bad like our recent experience. We ate an early dinner about 5/5:30 and the place was nearly empty as expected. Service was a little lacking for being so dead and the girl may have had one other table in this small location. The food was the second biggest disappointment. I asked for the pizza with regular crust to be cooked well done so the bottom would be crispy but it was still rather soggy/droopy. The gluten free crust was absolutely undercooked and gummy in texture. The wife was craving pizza and this was a terrible pick. Lastly, there was the price - which was the biggest disappointment; $75 for 2 pizzas and salad with waters. That's about double the going rate, while receiving much worse food. I couldn't bring myself to give them only one star since we've had good experiences in the past, but we don't anticipate going back.

So, we came to this place thinking our experience was going to be better. The hostess barely acknowledged us, she must be very busy listening music with her airpods. Then she went to hangout with the people in the kitchen and we can see that there was people at the entrance waiting for her to give them a table. The food was ok, drinks were horrible. I ordered an expresso martini and I wonder if they know how to do it, because it didnt taste like actual coffee at all. Then we started to look around and we saw the place is literally run by teenagers and people under 25. Where are the real adults? Poor poor service.

Maegan was my waitress. She had amazing customer service and gave me suggestions for everything I ordered. The Oreo dessert she suggested was amazing! 10 stars for Grimaldi’s and 11 for Maegan! Keep up the work!

Great atmosphere and customer service; $60 for two 18” two topping pizzas. The cheese is good but the texture and thickness to that and the pepperoni made me feel like I was eating pretend pizza. Secret sauce is delicious but I feel it too lightly sauced. They were barely sliced, it quickly turned into a mess

Sadly the service wasn’t what I expected at this restaurant, the waiter we had didn’t check up on us all but one time another girl was asking the table next to us and others around us if there was anything else they needed but skipped us multiple times.

I must express my disappointment with the recent experiences at this particular Grimaldi’s Pizza. While we are avid fans of Grimaldi’s and appreciate the exceptional quality of their pizzas, our repeated visits to this location over the last 4 weeks has really sucked. We wanted to give this place a chance but the recurring issue of items being out of stock and the consistently slow or nonexistent service has made a negative impression here. They don’t have limes, most times they’re out of several desserts, even their own signature wine. How do you not have in stock wine that was specifically hand crafted for your restaurant??? Regrettably, we’ve have had the same waitress twice and the service provided was subpar, marked by forgetfulness and apparent lack of experience. She couldn’t even bring out tea. The appetizers came out and I still didn’t have my iced tea. I had to ask the sweet hostess who was kind enough to bring drinks. With our water we asked for a lime and were told they were out of stock. Miraculously she brought some when brought to attention the person next to us with a bar drink had a lime. This location needs to do better with inventory management as they’re always out of several items. Additionally, their servers need more training. It is no wonder why this location is never busy. Going forward we will try other locations as this Grimaldi’s needs to get their act together. Consistently a horrible dining experience. The pizza is good but if you want decent service and want to ensure the item you order is available, don’t waste your time here.

This is probably the worst Grimaldi's I've ever been to. I walked in at 4:20 pm on a Monday and it was an empty restaurant. The bartender and a host were sitting on their phones while I was standing at the front waiting to be seated. Probably stood there for a good while until someone from the kitchen came out and walked to them to tell the host to approach me. The bartender was sweet, but I had a feeling she was the one making all the food, because she would only come out when she was delivering food to me. Then would walk right back to the kitchen. Pizza completely fell apart and was very oily. Texture wasn't the same as every other Grimaldi's. I only had about 4 bites and honestly couldn't take it anymore. Sat for about 10 minutes until the bartender came out to check on me and finally got to tab out. I genuinely don't mind driving a little further to a different location next time.

If I could give negative stars I would. The pizza used to be amazing but the service is trash. I order lite cook and they burn it to the point it's not edible, time after time. I will never eat here again, Domino's is more consistent at this point, sad.

We appreciated the hospitality during our visit. However, there was a slight oversight in processing our order, which resulted in a delay. Nevertheless, the staff handled the situation with kindness, offering a discount and a complimentary dessert. We were particularly impressed by the manager's handling of the matter. Thank you.

Called in a pizza for dinner to pickup. As my son and I were driving, he really wanted to eat at the restaurant. Upon arriving, I asked if we could be seated instead. The hostess told me I couldn’t be seated unless I sit at the bar. Not even sure if the pizza was done. I don’t think it’s appropriate to sit a young child at the bar so I asked the reason and they said it’s because I wouldn’t order anything. Told them I would of course pay a tip but technically I didn’t even pay for the pizza yet. Asked to speak to a manager who didn’t even come. Hostess still said- they just.l couldn’t with no explanation. This is poor service. If a mom and her child comes in on a Friday evening, they probably just want to eat. That rule is absurd and makes not sense because all you had to do is transfer the ticket to the table from bar. So we left and went to Mamas pizza which is better anyway, just further. At least at Mamas, they welcome kids, the call in and family experience.
