Nice place, easy parking. Kind of confusing how you have to order before you sit down. There's also not a drink menu or anything which was disappointing as they advertise a lot of drinks on their online menu. No waiters or anything like that.I got the Cadillac burger which was good, well seasoned and cooked a medium rare. I got sweet potato fries with it which were terrible. 1/10. Dry, unseasoned and very chewy. My wife got the chicken tenders which were ok. Overall kind of a let down.
Hopefully an owner or managing partner sees this and reaches out... The bartender, along with the girl that delivered our food and verified our parking, were both drinking frozen margaritas straight out of the machine. They were slamming back drinks and "whooping" loudly as they did it. The girl was sitting at the bar with a guest and kept banging her fist on the bar top loudly. My burger came out very pink and underdone. Once I sent it back, it took them over 30 minutes to get it back to me. Needless to say, that gave me plenty of time to people watch the employees boozing themselves up while working. All in all, I don't recommend.
Great food! Had their OG Chicken Sandwich last time and their Guacapotle today for lunch and it was delicious! Always cooked great and a friendly staff. Definitely my go to lunch spot!
Vegetarian options: Beyond patty option and brussel sprouts.
Customer service was severely lacking the bartender took 10 minutes to make a simple shot and drink, he then stated he shouldn’t be behind the bar to what seemed to be the supervisor, but didn’t act like it. Food is great! Customer service is not a important thing to them though it seems. I hope the General Manager sees this because restaurant has been around for a while and I’m sure will continue to be but they need better service! Loved this place back in the day. Just falling off slowly it seems.
We arrived at about 6:30 on a Wednesday. No one in line and the place was almost empty. Ordered our food and a couple beers. Took 15 minutes to get our beers. 20 minutes to get the food. The food was just ok. The buns weren’t that great and the onion rings were soggy. Not a great experience for us.
We went on a Friday night and dine in. We both had the Lockhart which was fabulous along with fries Nutella shake and one of their draft beers. They cooked it exactly as we requested which most restaurants don't do. We would recommend!!
I was driving from Shreveport to OKC and specially did stopover in this place as I love Grub burgers. Burger with blue cheese was fantastic! There is a bar in the middle of the dining area, just in case you want some drink. Notable, there is a big parking lot infront of the building where Grub burgers. Parking is not free, but if you dine in Grub burgers, they validate your parking ticket, so you won't pay for parking
Great gourmet burger selection!
I have been coming here for years, have always loved it. But ever since they announced they were closing and changing to HopDoddy in August this place is horrible. It took 3 tries and 25 minutes to make a regular cheeseburger (and they were not crowded). Along with confusion on 3 of our other items ordered. Food quality downhill, service is awful and the staff is untrained and unprepared. Sad to see a great burger place go so far down.
This place has the WORST employees in Dallas!! I have NEVER been to a place so ghetto and rude!!! Manager's are a joke and are scared to do their job!

Overall a great option when you are looking for a creative take on the traditional burger. A great choice for a quick bite to eat, and has a shaded patio area for extra seating. Note that the restaurant parking has more recently been converted into a paid parking lot by the hour. Don't let this deter you from stopping for lunch, we brought our ticket in with us in case they validated parking. They did, but we had to ask. So glad we checked!
Super, super good. Honestly, you got me with the glassware, though. They serve champagne and cocktails in old school coupe glasses (!) which, it's the little things in life! You will always win a girl's heart that way. Burgers are delicious, obviously. The service was fabulous. I wish I could try them all. I will definitely be back.
This place is fantastic, been here numerous times. The service is great, the restaurant is clean, and the food is awesome. I've had 3 of the burgers and one of the chicken sandwiches. Every single one was absolutely delicious. The fries, cheese fries, and roasted brussel sprouts are also fantastic. Definitely worth trying out, and I will definitely keep coming back.
I came here mid-day on a Thursday, right when happy hour started. It was virtually dead because the lunch rush probably had already cleared out, so we had everyone to ourselves! This was my first time here so my friend had the Wagyu Burger with Onion Rings and I had the Guacapotle Burger with Sweet Potato Fries. With my burger I added Inferno sauce because I wanted it spicier - I should've listened to the server because the Scorpion sauce is apparently even spicier and I felt that Inferno was only a mild kick, but that's me trying to breath fire during my meal ? My burger was still delicious, cooked perfect as medium rare, juicy, and exploding with flavor from the sauce and added guac and pepper jack cheese. The onion rings didn't have that overwhelming taste of oil and the sweet potato fries were crispy but not overcooked and therefore too crispy. They gave us jalapeno ranch and a spicy ketchup (think Whataburger ?) with our meal and they paired great with our rings and fries.I also had the Spicy Pineapple Rita (cocktails are a dollar off for happy hour which is honestly not the greatest happy hour deal...) that had a nice spicy kick to it and was made with actual agave instead of a mixer. The only complaint overall is that they don't have too many happy hour drink specials, but honestly you're probably coming for the burgers here so that can be overlooked (especially when the drinks aren't too expensive in the first place)! I had some really good food, good service, the restaurant was clean and organized - as was the bathroom - so this is a definite place to come for a gourmet burger if you're on Greenville!
I love the bacon cheese burger. The shakes are spectacular too. Everything I have ever ordered has been really good. I own the Concierge Network in the hotels and we send guests there regularly and always hear positive feedback.
