Nice place, easy parking. Kind of confusing how you have to order before you sit down. There's also not a drink menu or anything which was disappointing as they advertise a lot of drinks on their online menu. No waiters or anything like that.I got the Cadillac burger which was good, well seasoned and cooked a medium rare. I got sweet potato fries with it which were terrible. 1/10. Dry, unseasoned and very chewy. My wife got the chicken tenders which were ok. Overall kind of a let down.

Hopefully an owner or managing partner sees this and reaches out... The bartender, along with the girl that delivered our food and verified our parking, were both drinking frozen margaritas straight out of the machine. They were slamming back drinks and "whooping" loudly as they did it. The girl was sitting at the bar with a guest and kept banging her fist on the bar top loudly. My burger came out very pink and underdone. Once I sent it back, it took them over 30 minutes to get it back to me. Needless to say, that gave me plenty of time to people watch the employees boozing themselves up while working. All in all, I don't recommend.

Great food! Had their OG Chicken Sandwich last time and their Guacapotle today for lunch and it was delicious! Always cooked great and a friendly staff. Definitely my go to lunch spot!Vegetarian options: Beyond patty option and brussel sprouts.

Customer service was severely lacking the bartender took 10 minutes to make a simple shot and drink, he then stated he shouldn’t be behind the bar to what seemed to be the supervisor, but didn’t act like it. Food is great! Customer service is not a important thing to them though it seems. I hope the General Manager sees this because restaurant has been around for a while and I’m sure will continue to be but they need better service! Loved this place back in the day. Just falling off slowly it seems.

We used to have a local Grub and were disappointed when it closed, so when we needed a quick dinner in Dallas on a Saturday it seemed like a good option. First up, don't be put off by parking because they'll validate, but that's the best thing about this location. The clearly overworked employee who was trying to take orders and bring out food was friendly, but he could very well have been making the food as well because it took awhile to come out. We were hungry, but none of us loved it. Burgers were slightly undercooked and the buns were over-buttered. We fought over the fries and wished the missing order had come out, but with the long line and short staff situation we never tried to fix that. With all the burger joints out there, I'd say try somewhere else.

I've tried to like this place because the location is very convenient for me (in the middle of my home and work). The service is absolutely terrible at this location. 3 different times we have tried to call in an order (since they take a while to make the food) they havent answered the phone. Every time, they have gotten my order wrong (its literally their most basic burger, just with no mustard). Last night, when we got home my burger was VERY undercooked. I usually like my burgers cooked medium but it was so red we literally had to cook the rest of the burger ourselves. I love their menu and have had better experience at other locations, so I'm VERY disappointed.

We arrived at about 6:30 on a Wednesday. No one in line and the place was almost empty. Ordered our food and a couple beers. Took 15 minutes to get our beers. 20 minutes to get the food. The food was just ok. The buns weren’t that great and the onion rings were soggy. Not a great experience for us.

We went on a Friday night and dine in. We both had the Lockhart which was fabulous along with fries Nutella shake and one of their draft beers. They cooked it exactly as we requested which most restaurants don't do. We would recommend!!

Has a great stop at grub burger bar. Second time there. The queso Buffalo fries and chicken strips were delicious. Staff was super friendly and helpful. All the burgers and cosmo chicken sandwich hit the spot! Enjoyed the AC on a hot Dallas day after the game.
I was driving from Shreveport to OKC and specially did stopover in this place as I love Grub burgers. Burger with blue cheese was fantastic! There is a bar in the middle of the dining area, just in case you want some drink. Notable, there is a big parking lot infront of the building where Grub burgers. Parking is not free, but if you dine in Grub burgers, they validate your parking ticket, so you won't pay for parking

The interior is nice, but I wasn't very impressed with the food. I ordered a bleu cheese burger with a side salad. The burger was not very flavorful and the buns were quite soggy. I also didn't realize the side salad would be an extra $5.

Service 5/5 Food 3.5/5 This is a nice place on Greenville located in the Energy Square plaza. It wasn't crowded on a Saturday which I thought was unusual, but I was happy we got seated right away. For the record we came here because my husband was hungry and wanted to try this place since we've never been. He got the Lockhart burger with sweet potato waffle fries and I got a $2 mimosa with some onion rings. Mimosa was terrible but for $2 what do you expect? lol. The onion rings were good but a bit heavy on the salt, same with his waffle fries. He looooved his burger but I tasted it and I wasn't as crazy about it. The person who took our order brought us our food and then came back with extra onion rings because he thought the first ones were too small! (His words not mine) super nice guy! I think if you're a burger person this place would satisfy your craving.
