The first thing to know is that there will be a line if you go during the lunch hour. It may be a challenge to get into the line unless you come in through the gas station.You should also know that there is actually no honey in the chicken. The name, according to the restaurant website, comes from the golden brown coating.The chicken itself has a nice crunchy coating, and the white meat was perfectly juicy. My brother thought the chicken was excellent, but I thought it lacked flavor once I got past the coating.The lady who took our order was helpful and patient, and the line moved quickly. If the food had been just a bit more memorable, I would be thrilled to go back. Average food, great service.

Why does this location even exist and who is y’all’s target customer???? Do you y’all even read your reviews and IF SO, why don’t yall take into consideration enough to make changes???? This location is horrible and a complete disgrace. There’s not enough positive reviews than can convince me of any true positive change. Those that leave good reviews are either workers, the homeless, someone paid, or management with different email accounts. The least someone could do is acknowledge the reviews by responding and or simply making changes to your establishment. Every single aspect of this place is and was horrible…including their integrity.

Normally there chicken is pretty good I don't know what happens today it was very old greasy, the breast was rubber you have throw away old food instead of trying to make money off food you know was expired. I try calling no answer would not eat here

We could NOT wait to try the chicken here after hearing so many good comments, we arrived by LYFT around 6:00pm on a Friday night, only to find that the lobby was closed, we walked thru the drive-thru, ordered chicken & hot links, discussed the sauces over & over again, the lady even repeated the selected sauces with our order, we paid almost $5 extra for the Boss Sauce & their “famous Hot Honey” Sauce, paid almost $40 for our entire-tire order, ordered a LYFT back to our hotel, ONLY to find that we did NOT have ANY sauces on ANY of our bags, called the restaurant, NEVER got an answer!!!! The chicken was very bland so we took it that the SAUCE(s) are actually what makes their chicken “so special”…….On top of that, my sister said the “hot links” tasted like polish sausages, or some other type of sausage. We most definitely will NOT go back to this location when we return to Dallas!!

I visited this location on 2/22 for lunch. First, I was welcomed as soon as I crossed the threshold! The music caught my ear while I looked at the menu. I ordered the wings and loved them! The food was fresh and hot and tasted amazing! I would not mind gatekeeping this spot but everyone should try this place. I will definitely be back!

I really love the location and service, the chicken had some flavor but the sauces definitely make up for the lack thereof to my liking... Believe me the boss sauce is the best chicken sauce out there with a Kung fu kick of spice lol... If u don't like spice try the honey mustard they have that's very flavorful, I'm definitely coming back ❤️
