Hat Creek Burger Company

We placed a take out order and it had multiple errors on a simple order along with missing over $5 of items paid for. I reached out to their management requesting the $5 worth of missing items be refunded back to my card not even including the incorrect burger. They sent a gift card that expired instead and I asked them to take that off and just refund the missing items since I believe if you do not get an item you should receive your money back. I was told they are unable to do refunds which seems untrustworthy info and continue to receive push back on a reasonable request. I have lost trust in this location and would not feel comfortable ordering again since they clearly have unorthodox practices regarding refunds for reasonable requests Though it’s only $5 the principle of not refunding for their mistake (mistakes happen but going out of the way to keep customers money they did not earn is not acceptable).

Hat Creek was very good! Great, service atmosphere, and the Turkey Burger, Chicken Sandwich, French Fries and Frozen lemonade was on point!! Chef's Kiss! I will be back!

I've now been to Hat Creek twice and no lie the food and service are top tier. First time there a wonderful cashier by the name of Cristian took my order and not only is his customer service great you can tell he loves his job. Helpin, smiling, and joking the whole time.

My husband and I were waiting in our car after placing an order through the Hat Creek website. He went inside to check on it, and the manager, Sotelo, rudely told him, “We’re busy. If you can’t wait, another Uber driver will pick it up.” We are customers — not Uber drivers. She clearly assumed otherwise because my husband is foreign.

She then came outside and spoke to me with a rude tone. After hearing what she said, I went in to cancel the order — but she didn’t even know how to cancel a website order and ended up charging me twice. She also tried refunding the wrong amount.

We’ve ordered here many times, but this was unacceptable. Manager Sotelo was rude, unprofessional, and needs to be held accountable.

Friday night dinner w kids and there were plenty other w same idea here. Service was good but slow to get food. Nice servers but didn't offer any service when they bought food out. Ketchup out and didn't refill for quite a while, ice too. Big kids allowed to climb outside the slide tube and block youngers using the play place. We wouldn't allow ours on after this. Screaming, running, climbing, rude kids. Unruly. There are other places to eat. Thank you.

Cool place and the food was good!

Me, my husband and 4 kiddos had a great experience! Thanks to Cristian for helping us get our orders and accommodations it was great! Good was amazing and took a few memorable pics on the playground:)

The place was very quick clean, and the staff was very nice and courteous. I personally don’t care for the fries not worth the calories.

Kid-friendliness: I don’t have children, but they’re always seems to be a lot of them there !!! Hope to take my little nieces and nephews there one day !!!

Nothing to write home about. Certainly not bad, but just another slightly overcooked smash burger. Bun was delicious however. I'd go back.

Parking: Indoor/outdoor seating. Outdoor is covered, so weather isn't a limiter.
Playground for the kids.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly. There's a playground. And a kids menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: All lever, so no problem.

On a scale of hamburger joints, 10 out of 10 would recommend. People are friendly, food is great and atmosphere is appropriate. The play area for kids is fantastic.
