I recently visited HAVANA and had a bad experience with the bouncer at the entrance. Despite being sober, the bouncer decided not to let me in, claiming that I appeared to be under the influence. It was very frustrating, especially because other people who seemed to be in a similar state were allowed entry without issue. This kind of inconsistency and unfair treatment left me feeling unwelcome and judged.
I hope the management addresses this issue with their staff to ensure everyone is treated fairly and respectfully.
I literally just dropped my phone and bouncer though I was wasted lmaooooo… I’m just clumsyyy. Go somewhere else, do not waste your time and money here.

Absolutely disgusting experience. This place claims to be “exclusive,” but what they really mean is they’re comfortable being openly discriminatory. Anyone who looks or sounds like they don’t belong — longer waits, rude attitudes, extra scrutiny, and zero respect.
Staff was unprofessional, judgmental, and clearly biased. I watched them let in people who arrived after us while giving us attitude like we were doing something wrong just by being there. It wasn’t subtle — it was blatant.
If you value diversity, respect, and basic human decency, don’t spend your money here. There are plenty of clubs that don’t operate with outdated, prejudiced mindsets.

been here several times and used to have a great time here but that new bouncer is awful! the last three times i’ve been he’s made up irrelevant reasons to not let me in. from saying they don’t allow digital cameras to saying sandals aren’t allowed. he is a hypocrite and rude. if you don’t have a certain look, he’ll find an excuse to not let you in. havana used to be welcoming to all, now not so much.

This place was discriminating they td us we had to leave because one of us was pregnant. We said we know and we were sitting down just trying to enjoy our time but we were told to leave. Very rude we told the guy he was discriminating and he laughed. Very rude and unprofessional and obviously didn't know people rights. The dancer that we saw there were great and we paid for a show but the min the show was over and club guy asked us to leave.
Great atmosphere. Everyone is very welcoming and the drag show is so much fun.
It’s a vibe if you find room to dance. But the bouncers and security are extremely disrespectful if they think you have poppers. I opened mine and security snatched them out of my hand and spilled them over my friend burned his arm. Extremely rude and unprofessional when you can simply ask us to leave. This was the last straw and will not be returning.
Crowed but great

The vibes are not it.
Very disrespectful to customers.
They accused someone us of using a stolen credit card. Then changed the story when I suggested we call law enforcement to get this situated. As of today I have reached out to management and their pages and have not heard any reponse. Its shameful that you go out for an evening with friends and not even 2 minites after you are being escorted out for something you have zero knowledge about. I felt embarrassed.
I completely understand if we were too drunk or being belligerent, but accusing someone of a crime just to get them out is not something a bar manager should do.
The irony is that this place is supposed to be a place for LGBTQ peeps to hang out, but be warned as they have a pattern of harrasing their patrons.
Opening a club and attracting lots of people are easy on social media. But this place is lamé. The investors know that so what is going on this crazy is unwarranted. Who would I want to go there?

I went to Havana last night because the first time I went there I had a wonderful experience and loved the place, but last night was the complete opposite. I went up to the security outside and they asked for my ID. I gave it to them. Then they asked me a question and I didn’t understand what they said. So I said, “what?” They asked again and I still didn’t hear them. So I asked them again to repeat themselves. Then they were like nah you can’t come in. You’re too drunk. I honestly just didn’t hear them. Wonderful customer service. I’m telling you. If I could give them zero stars I would. Don’t waste your time or your money here. So many other clubs right next door that are much better.
