One of the worst experiences at one of my previous favorite places. The cheese sticks are now half the size and the batter is different and gross. Buns were dry. Burgers were all overcooked no matter how we ordered them. Medium rare, overcooked. Medium burned, medium well, burned. Fries came out warm and undercooked. Queso was cold. Check strips were overcooked to the point our toddler wouldn’t eat them. He eats everything. $80 for trash food. Our entire meal shouldn’t have been served. What a horrible fall from grace. Staff was alive but seemed inexperienced and no manager in sight.

If you're out of GF buns and send a salad bowl burger instead send some damn utensils. You lost a customer over this, yes, my first time...money is right for everyone...not spending for less...that was COVID years, restaurants

Debatably the best Haystack Hamburger location. Large indoor area with patio facing a grassy area (thankfully not facing a parking lot). Large burgers with great French fries, a great happy hour on weekdays. Be sure to sign up for the loyalty program. Expect $10-$15 per hamburger (cheaper options for kids). Counter-service, self-seating, casual and relaxed.

The burger quality is amazing! I’ve been here a few times every burger on the menu is worth it, and the service was great. With a nice selection of beers, and don’t forget to try the cajun french fries!!

Last night I was served a very undercooked burger. It was pink inside when I took a bite it
was dripping red "juice"

They cooked it for longer in the kitchen for me after I discovered it was undercooked. It tasted burnt at that point.

I felt unwell immediately afterwards and have been very sick all evening/morning after eating here.
