I called this morning as soon as they opened asking for an explanation as to why my benefits are late. The lady tried to play me like I was dumb, when I KNOW what I’m talking about. Saying I got my benefits early last month and I should’ve stretched them. Girl, THANKSGIVING just passed and it has been approximately 1 full month since I last got benefits. PLEASE be forreal! Worried about the wrong thing I shouldn’t have to stretch ANYTHING. my benefits should come ON TIME. and when asked for an explanation, I shouldn’t be told to stretch ANYTHING. your goal should be to inform me. I didn’t ask for advice.

I HAD to edit this review after coming into your office. After repeatedly calling (and the phone abruptly hanging up), I opted to come in instead. I'm so glad that I did. Rochelle provided me EXEMPLARY service during a very stressful and overwhelming time for me. Not only did she thoroughly review my case and advise me of the documents they need (the online portal did not), but she also provided me employment referrals. I am thankful!

These 3 Women that work at this office clearly don't know the law the have food stamps that don't have a Soical Security number and TEXAS is the United States but gives Americans A Hard Time lines where extremely long DO YOUR JOBS CORRECTLY AND BY THE LAW

Suppose to have missed my interview but didn’t receive a call none what so ever..been calling to do a phone interview for days and not one rep has answered I’ve been on hold for hours trying to speak to someone…went into the local office and still was told I have to wait to do my interview so now I’m waiting to someone call me in still haven’t received a call yet in it’s been over 2 hours ???? I’m so over this

Been on hold for over 3hrs!!Omg!!! The worst phone call that I experienced ever. Something is going on in that place. It's hard to update the address online and then the only way is that walk in or phone call. I did phone call and that's what happened to me.
