Would eat here again! Classic melt in your mouth fatty brisket, donut-sized onion rings, also had mac & cheese. Walked here from the airport. Pretend like you're getting a rental car and you can hitch a ride part way on a shuttle.

Order 3 meat plate me and my wife shared the plate, we had turkey, and brisket and sides we had onion rings, potato salad and mac and cheese.

Finally trying Heim’s BBQ!

My company ordered catering for holiday lunch. We had brisket, smoked turkey, baked beans and potato salad.

The brisket was surprisingly still moist and was super flavorful. Pretty solid!

The turkey was thinner sliced so it became a little dry after transfer and set up. I think if the slices were thicker it could have retained more of the moisture.

Baked beans were actually tasty, not so sauced up but looser consistency.

Potato salad, pass. Just not really much favor.

Overall, solid brisket. I would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

Service was a bit slow as people were standing and talking while I was standing at the register until someone noticed I was there. The 2 different beers on tap I requested were out, then the bottled beer was not cold. The brisket is decent but the pork ribs were on point.

We had the Happy Hour sampler meat platter and everything was very good. The pork belly was quite meaty and well seasoned and tender, the brisket was some of the best I've had anywhere and the ribs were tasty, but not as tender as I'd like. For sides we had the loaded potato skins and onion rings. The rings were large, tender and tasty, the skins were served more like nachos and I would have liked them to be more substantial skins, instead of crisps and a more even distribution of the excellent toppings. I'd also lobby for more comfortable seating. It wasnt the perfect BBQ joint, but we'll definitely be back.

Decided to stop here on my way to Houston. I picked this place best on the reviews and I would have to say this is some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had! was not disappointed one bit, the food looks black but everything is seasonally balanced. I would come back again when I’m back in the DFW area
