Customer service here, vs the Henderson up the street, complete opposite. I’d rather spend my money, at an establishment knowing what I’m paying for. Lady held my card in her hand, and said it’ll be 15$, then immediately after said it would be 17$. I asked to see what I was getting before I paid, and all hell broke loose. Just let me see what I’m paying for, and why have an attitude at a paying customer? Hendersons, atmosphere alone, was great. Even the customers was smiling, but that Louisiana place, food probably good, but you gots get to it first, if the gatekeeper wanna be a rude person, why would I waste my time or money? Why should I pay you if you not even gone say thank you?
I stop here about once a week. Not for myself , but for my mother in law! So let's just say I'm a regular. I preferably like to go towards the end of the week because I know my ladies will be on the front line. Sorry guys, y'all try when their off but it's so much better when the ladies are there; I know that chicken will be hot and seasoned and pickled/peppered to perfection! I never have one complaint. The prices are fair for the economy we are in and for the price you are going to get great service and great food. If it's okra or corn fritters, their going to drop it fresh for you. And they never forget my 2 slices of white bread. Don't play with my people at Hendersons Camp Wisdom. Tell them J sent you and thank me later! ✌🏽

I just went over there on 3/31/2025 and odered an whole chicken it was quite on the inside of the establishment and cool and clean I had to wait 15 minutes for wings but that was ok this 8s the kicker I looked @ my chicken to make sure that all of my chicken was there but I never looked @ the fries for my pickles ,peppers etc so I took it for granted that they were there but no and I called back no answer but I'm goin back up there to let them know because if I wanted no pickles I would've went to Williams so my pickles etc was the point of goin there.

Tasted like it was recooked.. hard no taste.. my son didn't even check it before he left...well he was in a hurry for work..nasty so disappointed..you know when your hungry and craving something and they you get it...it was horrible...yeah that was me...never ever again I see why they close the one in cedar Hill and the one on clark..
