Came here on a Sunday around 1130 am. The guys working were awesome! Didn't catch their names but it’s nice to see service isn’t lost. Even at a walk-up window concept.

I am a regular customer, ordering at least once per week . But today when I place my order I did not check it. So when I got all the way to Grand Prairie, I found, they had left out the fries! I tried to call them at the number on my receipt, the phone rang 52 times and no one ever answered, then it just disconnected.

If I could give this store a zero I would. They are the rudest people that ever worked in a chicken place. I have went to this location on Singleton and they made me wait in the heat for 30 minutes to try to get something to eat and I was never greeted and I was never served and I do not appreciate that at all. You guys need to hire people who really value their job because they don’t over there and I do not recommend anyone to go to this chicken place.
Chicken under cooked, fries undercooked and cold. I had to put my other pieces of chicken in the air fryer to be safe. Next time ill just go to kfc

I didn't know Henderson's chicken was over by Denny's. Oh my I stopped and got ,e a Basket of Chicken . And made my day. I hadn't gotten a chance to get to South Dallas. But they showed up in Medical District. So the Chicken has to be good for as well as good Tasting to yah. Good food.
