Their fajitas used to be so very good now they are tough and chewy if you get fajitas for one they charge for a half a cup of beans, which are four dollars they just start doing that theyâre guacamole is not made from scratch anymore so we wonât be going back anymore

Itâs a small, quaint place that hasnât changed since I was a kid coming with my mom. The fajita combo nachos or the beef enchiladas plate is my go to. Hands down the best and hottest salsa and chips in Texas. I highly recommend this place. My mom passed away last year and until she passed, we always met at Herreraâs Oak Cliff for lunch. I carry the tradition with my own family.

If you are looking for some excellent authentic Mexican food⊠look no further than Herreraâs! Great staff of guys and amazing tasting food. Donât be shy and try the complimentary bean soup and make sure you have your drink close by when you dive off into their salsa. If that isnât hot enough for you they do have hotter upon request.

Waiter was not very friendly was in a hurry to take our order as tho the place was busy. Tried to talk to him and he just brushed us off we were asking what was the most popular item, it being our first time there.. and not getting a refill on our drinks was unacceptable. We will not be returning were also upset about not having the option NOT to tip him. That should be our decision and he did not deserve a tip..
