Hibiki exceeded all expectations! Our server, Shade, provided exceptional service—attentive, professional, and friendly throughout our entire visit. We ordered the Who’s Your Daddy and Holy Moly rolls, both of which delivered the perfect level of spice and flavor. We ordered here through DoorDash and the delivery was fast! The food was delicious! Being from Abilene, we don’t have any outstanding Sushi places, and this place Hibiki Sushi was delicious!!! We got a mixture of 5 specialty rolls. The Burning your stomach and the Threesome Special were two of my favorites. We also got the Franky & Boom Boom Nipple Roll both delicious.
