This place has SO much potential. However, every time I’ve been in, it’s dead and they’re closing early. It’s pretty sad. I usually go around 8-9pm on Thursday or Friday nights. Service is slow, vibes are weird, and there’s a brand new bartender every week that usually waits a good 10 minutes to ask what you’d like to drink. Never see staff or management exhibit pride to be there.
The waitress wasn’t aware of happy hour prices as she was only assigned to work the Xmas pop up. She did not charge the happy hour rate for wine, & disappointed. The venue was great!
The holiday decorating was fun and the specialty drinks and food were really good. Considering how busy it was the service was exceptional. Stick with the bar downstairs. Upstairs was just okay.
