It was a nice hotel. I didn’t like that there weren’t microwaves and the refrigerator was very smalls. Also the pool is blocked by the building so you are in the shade until about 4 pm. The gym was small but had most of what we needed. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Always very clean and quiet.

The Hilton H Bar currently has a small setup downstairs due to construction, with a separate room open for guests. The service provided by Miguel and his team is excellent, and the bar food is good. The restaurant staff, especially Jeremiah at the valet, are fantastic and helpful. However, there were issues during check-in for a Hilton Honors Member, with the room having problems like a non-flushing toilet and a TV that wouldn't turn on. The lack of attention to detail and customer service during this stay was disappointing.
