I am a Hilton Honors Member and I stay at Hilton Hotels regularly. The check-in process was too long to begin with. When we got to our room everything appeared to be very nice. However, after the long road trip, the toilet would not flush, and the TV would not come on. Went into the hallway to ask assistance of the cleaning staff about the issues, and we were told that the room had issues and should not have been assigned by the front desk. Called downstairs and the front desk...
