Wow.. this is a very unique ramen spot that specializes in Dashi/clear soup. It's very hearty and delicious without the feeling of heaviness after. We tried the Hinodeya Special Ramen (comes with bed of littleneck clams) and it was so fresh tasting. Service was very accommodating and attentive. We came out very impressed.

Everything is great here - the food, the service, happy hour drinks are great! The creamy special ramen with the spinach noodles and tofu is the best. Favorite appetizer is the Brussel sprouts. We have yet to try something that wasn't really good!This has become our new weekly go to.
The Happy New Year Ramen I needed!!!!I was over holiday food and this place gave me what I needed. I am plant based so finding a ramen spot that has mushroom broth is always a challenge. The broth was perfect. The noodles were perfect and the waitstaff was extremely nice and helpful with selection. The cucumber dish was refreshing and had a lot of flavor too it including the crunchy flakes. I'm a huge fan of green tea so watching the loose leaf teas blossom added to the warm ambiance. The restaurant was smaller but didn't feel cramped. Still good for people watching. There's outdoor seating but it was cold so I stayed inside but the scenery in and out of the spot was all enjoyable. Can't wait to go back

First & foremost, I'd like to comment on the service here. Everything from beginning to end was amazing. We called ahead to see what the wait time was and to see if they were able to accommodate our large party of 9 and were told on the phone that there was no wait.We got there shortly after & were seated right away in the back. They already knew we were coming in so everyone was just really friendly and nice. They were super nice to our toddler as well.Quick look at the menu and there was a good variety of food selection to choose from. I got the tonkotsu & it wasn't too bad. Not what I was use to but also wasn't too bad. The broth was lacking a little bit of flavor and the noodles threw me off a little because it reminded me of instant ramen.We also ordered fries & chicken karaage - which were all delicious. Personally I wouldn't come back but if i had to, I would probably try the curry.

First review of 2024! It was my first time trying Ramen. Sure, I've had the packaged store kind, but I wanted to try the real deal. Nice dim ambiance, great service, and I left satisfied. Pretty much all you can ask for. I went with the Spicy Miso(Level 4 heat). I didn't think it was hot at all. The next heat level is 10 with Carolina Reaper, so I may have to try that next time. Also tried the Spicy Dumplings and the Russian Roulette Takoyaki(my favorite of the 2). I wish they had an all spicy version. Overall, I'm glad I tried something new!

We sat outside due to the inside being full. My husband and I had our 1.5 year old daughter with us. They sat us directly in front of a heater, brought my daughter a blanket, and immediately brought her a children’s cup of water. My husband and I were stunned as we have never been treated so kindly so quick. The food was phenomenal. The service was absolutely outstanding. We loved everything about this restaurant and plan to return soon! Highly recommend; especially for a cute date night!Kid-friendliness: The staff accommodated to my 1.5 year old immediately.
