The Burgers are big and juicy, the tater tots are good and crispy, the service was fast and efficient also the guy on the grill is so friendy and happy all the time, the cashier guys are fast and honest also with a big smile.

Went to Plaza of the Americas for lunch. Ended up eating at High Five Burgers, very good 1/2lbs jalepano burger fries were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside perfectly

The burger was dry. The tots were overcooked and like eating kettle chips and the mushrooms were fried 3x longer than they should be. They were literally the color of dark karo syrup.
Great burger very juicy and flavorful. One of the best burgers I've had. Went during a trip to Dallas and even though they were about to close they still made me a burger. It was amazing, I've been considering another trip back to Dallas just to get another one.

This spot was so disappointing. The staff acted like there were no customers around and airing their dirty laundry and cussing. I ordered an Arnold palmer plain because the sign said they were sold out of the flavored iced tea and the lady making it asked if I wanted raspberry. So I said "if you have it". The lady taking my order got pissed off that she already entered my order and THEN I asked for the raspberry. Not a big deal. I told her I don't need it, it was just offered. Bottom line the customer service was awful and I am not comfortable here but meeting a client so I can't leave. To top it off it is at least 82 degrees in here and 88 outside so that isn't an option. I was hoping this would be a good location to conduct business but it might as well be in Oak Cliff.
