Hops & Hens is a restaurant connected with the Omni Dallas Hotel. It's basically a fast food chicken restaurant with counter service. I ordered the Caesar Salad and shared Chicken Tenders with my group. The tenders were okay, but salty. It was setup as a Blitzen Bar Pop-up.
Huge portions, but really was not a fan of the batter used on the chicken strips or the sauces. Everything tasted too sweet.
The kale slaw ended up being the best part.

Came to this place after a long bus ride and for a food spot it was probably the best spot without walking too far with bags. They serve a rather nice Crispy Chicken sandwich comprised of two nicely cooked chicken stripe. The staff here likes a clean establishment and you get free refills on your basic drinks.
