I am going to leave a review of how I was treated yesterday ,not sure if it was because of my Ethnicity .I came in a a little before 6pm there were literally two customers there total. There was a dark hair girl and a dark haired guy.She made i contact with me did not greet me at all and to top it all she was just standing there .I sat at the bar a good 5 minutes and she continued to keep her back to me The guy finished up helping there customer and Neither of them turned around to address me.She pretended to wipe off the counter Cleary that was more important The male was messing with some coffee beans but again did not acknowledge me !!Horrible customer service from this place !I ended up leaving after being treated so horribly to go spend my money else where .I went next door where the service is always great !

Great choice for locally roaster coffee. They've got a nice array of roasts, a good café to work in, and knowledgeable staff. One of my favorite places in Dallas to grab freshly roasted beans

Came here to kill some time in the neighborhood. The staff was great. Very friendly. I came in the afternoon, and there weren't many people. Very chill environment. The tea I got was a recommendation from the staff and was very refreshing. I would definitely come again.

I wish I could say something nice about my first visit, but I’ll never be back. The woman who appeared to be the manager was rude, even after I mentioned it was my first time there (I had ordered online). On top of that, staff were openly talking about another customer as she walked up. Whether that customer comes in often or not, that kind of ‘joking’ is unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness as a first-time guest. Definitely not the experience that would make me want to return.

THIS Houndstooth location is the best coffee shop in Dallas! The staff is absolutely amazing, extremely friendly, attentive, and you can tell they genuienly care about making sure every person who comes in here has an excellent experience! I've been a regular for three years and became hooked because of the taste of their coffee and customer service, plus they have a wide variety in menu options and customizing your drinks! Ooooo and their paistries are delicious! LOVE LOVE LOVE everything about this place!

If you like a bold, flavorful matcha latte then this is the place to go. I don’t drink Matchas anywhere else… the other reason why I don’t deviate much from this coffee shop is because of the lovely baristas here—they are all so kind! Lovely people plus good coffee, and a calm environment—this is the place to be 💓
