I found your ice cream today at Publix. It is fantastic!

When I arrived everything seemed normal. I got to the counter, was looking at the flavors, when all of a sudden I hear possibly the loudest yell of my life. It wasn’t quite a scream but it was loud. I unfortunately burst out into laughter and got quite a few stares, I left before getting my ice cream. (4 stars because I’m sorry)

Showed up to this place at 9:04 (says they closed at 10 pm) and a guy behind the counter rudely said that he wouldn’t serve us because he needed to be closing up. He basically kicked us out an hour earlier than the closing time! I am so dissatisfied with the customer service here.

really bad tbh the workers started yelling for some reason making my ears ring and the ice cream was not good it was sm the worst experience of my life

Came at 9:25 on Saturday. The google listing says open until 10 pm but it was already closed? Was looking forward to trying it for the first time. We came all this way for it to be closed. Thankfully Braums is close by.

Really bad ice cream the shop was full of people who had no right to work there they can’t do their job I saw one of them drill into ice cream also a worker shouted at me how disrespectful also really bad food the worker verbally assaulted me so I didn’t allow that so I done a wwe move on him and got him on the floor then I rko’d him then he got up but I wasn’t letting it slide so I put him in a headlock very bad workers 1/10 experience

I came here at like 8:40 at night and an Asian guy and his friends where laughing at the workers with Down syndrome.

Bro I went in there and I was with a couple of friends and while we were trying flavors one of your employees screamed at us and we started to laugh and that employee spat in our ice cream and we were disgusted by seeing spit in our ice cream.
