Order 4 pan seared redfish at the Addison location to go. Very very very disappointing. The fish was not seasoned also was barely seared and broccoli was raw we could barely chew through it. I've had this order at the Las Colinas location and it was perfect. To pay over a $100 for raw broccoli and bland barely seared fish was beyond disappointing. Do better Addison or take some cooking lessons from the Las Colinas location.

Please trust the bad reviews and look for somewhere else to go with good seafood and a nice waitress. It looks like they have been getting bad reviews lately and the reviews are 100% true. Also they definitely don’t do anything to make things right for the customers. It was not busy so we were confused why we were just left behind and our waitress was no where to be found. Oysters were mediocre… and I always order oysters. The rice for the sushi was crunchy. The salmon was very bland not enough seasoning. Everything we ordered was not up to our expectations. Place looked nice however food was not. Waitress would ask us how is everything but we barely got it and haven’t even tasted anything before we can say we didn’t like anything. I walked over to the front to get some silverware and salt and no one acknowledged that I was there. OVER PRICED.

Ok let me start by saying this is my favorite restaurant of all time. I love Hudson house. I have been to every location and I love them all. I recently came to this one, and was kind of disappointed. The oysters were bad. Like so bad. I know that might not be the restaurants problem itself? Not sure. But we had to literally clean up the oysters ourself. There were all these strings and something that almost seemed like chunks of fatty pieces? I don’t even know how to describe it but they were disgusting lol. We didn’t even finish all of them, which is something I have never done. Our waiter also forgot to put in our order so we didn’t receive one of our entrees until almost an hour after it was ordered. He comped one of our drinks to make up for it so that was nice but I’m just saying, with a $200+ tab I feel like my experience food and just everything wise should have been a lot better. BUT aside from all this, Hudson house is the best. The food is so great and I will always recommend. I just wanted to make a comment about this one experience at this location which was not good

I only ever come for lunch and listen.. you absolutely want to make a reservation or take a solid gamble with open seating at the bar. The food? Haven't had a bad appetizer, side, or entree. Ranging from burgers and salads to the lobster Mac. Goodness. Amazing. The expresso martini is a great time! my-oh-my. The service at the bar is always stellar. They get ROCKED during lunch but they always take care of you! The managers are always super helpful and willing to help as much as possible and ALWAYS super friendly!
The hostess?? The only reason I don't give them 5 stars. I have N E V E R seen nor experienced a smiling, friendly, nor accommodating hostess. They are the WORST part of my experience and they are the first people I see when I walk in. I mean seriously Managers, these mothe... I recede. They're the worst and I've been coming here for years. Are you never going to tell them to smile??? Are you never going to tell them they are the first impression? THEY and YOU should be thankful people come here for everything else.
I won't go 5-stars for atmosphere because I don't come here for the people. Why is that? A lot of people that come here have a stick up their... oh. Receding again... excuse me.

This is the second time recently I have gone to this restaurant where the service was slow and then was asked to leave the table right when 90 minutes was up. I used to frequent this restaurant a lot because the food was good but even that has been cold coming out the last few times. I won’t be going back the rudeness of the managers is to much. We were leaving and it was obvious we were getting up to leave when they came by to tell us our time was up and there was two people waiting for a table.

I am SO disappointed! We frequent all of the Hudson House locations, but mainly Addison. We LOVE Liam! Just a great server all around. Anyway, last visit I didn’t finish my fish tacos- brought them home only to find a hair wrapped inside. I almost tossed cookies! It was disgusting! I went through the trouble of sending the restaurant a message about it a couple of weeks ago — no reply! So now I guess I’m on a the hunt for some fish tacos without the hair!

Good food but pretty expensive. $24 for 2 small pieces of chicken with a little salad on the plate. Cheeseburger is good. A little loud. But good service.
Food is good and service is great. Prices are a little steep, but worth it. Can be really loud and busy during lunch, so maybe not the best for lunch meetings.

Management attitude was snobbish and condescending because we came without a reservation, although we tried to get one before we arrived. There were plenty of tables available. They kept us waiting after stating we only had a 10-15 minute wait, then the manager found out and said we had at least a 30-minute wait. After we had already been waiting 30 minutes. Our waiter was awesome, and the food was great, but we will not be back to any Hudson House. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone based on our treatment.
