Wonderful birthday dinner with my wife. Our server Trent was outstanding in all aspects. Delicious avocado dip/potato chips to start was excellent. Cheeseburgers with coleslaw very tasty. And the chocolate silk pie always a winner to end the day.

We eat at Hudson house once a week and it was the loudest I've ever seen it. Maybe there were just so many people there but we couldn't hear each other talk. It was a very strange and I've never had that experience before.

We have been to this location several times and have never had a problem before. However, our experience this past Thursday at lunch was very disappointing.
From the moment we arrived, the environment felt a little off, and the service was not as good as it had been on our previous visits. There were three of us, and we all used the QR code at the table to pay for our meals. After all of us paid and received our receipts, we got up to leave.
As we were exiting, the host looked at us as if we were doing something wrong, and then our server came running after us saying there was still a $45 tab open. We all looked at each other, completely confused, since we had all paid and had our receipts. The situation was handled very loudly, to the point where other guests turned to look at us, which was extremely embarrassing.
The server then went back to check the system, realized everything had been paid, and gave the host a thumbs up. No apology was offered. I have never felt so embarrassed in a restaurant. While mistakes happen, this situation could and should have been handled privately and more professionally.The way this was approached made us feel very uncomfortable.

The service wasn’t as good as the last time I came. I ordered quite a few oysters, but no explained what types they were or introduced them at all. This is basic customer service need to be provide. I love the food. But customer service could be better.

This place is amazing. The staff is very attentive and fast. It is amazingly decorated and clean. Food is absolutely amazing, cleanest tasting oysters you’ll ever have, the cheeseburger is to die for, truffle Parmesan fries are a must try and the chocolate pie has a beautifully rich crust with a hint of coffee. I will be coming back again!

My wife and I had an awesome Christmas Eve dinner with cocktails. The food was excellent and service was equally as great. The oysters were delicious and the dynamite shrimp was so good that I ordered another plate of it with our dinner lol.
