Go here!We were in Dallas for the eclipse and decided to enjoy some BBQ. We spent a fair amount of time researching our options and chose Hump's BBQ because of the reviews.Hump's exceeded our expectations. We had an LB of pulled pork and the 3 meat plate with ribs, brisket, link with the side of mac 'n cheese and potato salad. The meats were all perfectly cooked and tender and the BBQ flavour was absorbed deeply so that each bite had that lovely wood smoked taste. Suprisingly, our favourite item was the link and we could easily have said yes to another portion. The Banana pudding was creamy and flavourful and will make a convert of anyone.We loved that there were 2 small benches in front where we could eat our meal while fresh and after chatting to people coming and going, we can confidently say that the place is busy with regulars as well as a good few first timers who were there because local friends and family had recommended the spot.This is a friendly place with amazing food.I am dreaming of relocating so that I can be closer to Hump's and know that it will be one of life's favourite food memories.Thank you!
I ordered the brisket, link and pull pork sandwiches.The brisket and link sandwiches were really good. I wasn't fond of the pull pork sandwich. It's very hard to find good barbecue and good barbecue sauce and this place has both. I'd asked about how's the lemonade, I received a shrug. I then asked, is it similar to chick-fil-a and the nice lady didn't have an answer. Please have an answer for your customers even if it's "no it isn't similar but it just as good" or something. So, I passed on the lemonade, no sale and money lost. When I am craving a brisket sandwich, this is my new place!!! I will love to try other items on their menu.
My daughter and I stopped by there on our way from the gym today. This was our 1st visit there. I have to admit...the greeter was very friendly and he told us about the specials they had going on and...the food taste fantastic and we will definitely spend our $$$ there. Keep up the great job!!!

Wasn't bad at all. It will cure your craving for BBQ. For me, it didn't have that BBQ smoked favor I was looking for, and the BBQ sauce was a little too thin with too much vinegar. I prefer BBQ that is good without the sauce, adding the sauce should be a bonus to the meat.

Absolutely fantastic! I have ordered here at least 10 times now and it is definitely is the best barbecue I have ever had.This is a very small establishment. It is what you might imagine when hearing the words "mom and pop" or "hidden gem" or "hole in the wall."The food quality is incredible. However due to the nature of being a small business sometimes they can seem understaffed and overwhelmed by the rush. One time I had to wait about 30 minutes extra because the food wasn't ready when it was supposed to be. But it was definitely worth the wait! Just be patient if you order and things seem chaotic when you get there, and maybe don't order if you have somewhere else you urgently have to be.All of my interactions with the stuff have been a delight! They are upbeat and positive and friendly.I normally get the loaded baked potato with brisket. It's about $15, but the potato is absolutely gargantuan. I usually eat a third of it, and save the rest for later. It's sooooo good!My wife usually gets the links, and they are also very high quality.We both normally get a side order of fries. They are probably the best fries I've ever had. They are crinkle-cut and extremely crispy, sprinkled with a mouth-watering seasoned salt that is hard to describe.

Super small side of rice but a larger one is only a few dollars! And pretty quick turn time as no cars were in front of me

Whoever leaves a bad review is smoking crack. Got the cajunfredo turkey leg for $20. Tastes likes it literally came right off the log it was cooked over. Pulled apart easy, smoky, great noodles and sauce. The sausage is awesome. Bread pudding?? Bomb af....

I ordered via grubhub. The food was FANTASTIC! And so much food too. I highly recommend the chopped beef mac n cheese! I also ordered a chooped beef baked potato and the links. Both were also great but that mac n cheese was over the top! And SO MUCH FOOD! I'm gonna be eating these leftovers for 2 days! Will definitely be ordering from here again! Suggest you do as well! And my kid loved it!Kid-friendliness: My 11y loved it! And even the spicy sauce wasn't too much for her delicate taste buds.

1st trying this place .. I had rib tips and baked beans and a daiquiri .... The ribs were dried out they had a good flavor but dry ... the beans got to much sugar beans were sticky and mushy... but the drink was good...
