Ms. Anderson (not sure of her title), but she is one amazing employee!! We had a waiter, who was great as well, but Ms. Anderson was very attentive to us when she really didn't need to be. She accommodated us when we requested seating to be able to watch the boxing fight, with a smile. We couldn't help but notice how attentive she was with the other customers and cleaned up tables, all with a genuine smile on her face... always checking on us to make sure we were good.

I'll start with why I gave my rating of 4 stars! From the moment we walked in the staff was dismissive and the waiter was watching TV while attempting to take our order. He didn't miss anything or mess up the order but his focus was on the TV. The food was pretty good and came out pretty quickly which was nice. The unique beer that they brew was also very good. Very clean store and the music was at a good column.

Sketchy atmosphere at night. Came to grab a bite to eat after a show. Waiter seemed rushed and not wanting to be there. I got the bacon cheese burger, ordered medium well, cam out as well done. Didn't complain because at least it was cooked. It was a good burger.

Fine beer bar with efficient servers as you'll never have an empty glass. Bar food is good for groups and it's a fun place for happy hour as you can play darts, pool and Golden tee. They have a private room for lunch meetings and dinner events for groups. I recommend.

Super basic food and super basic service. We had to ask to be seated by a server, and our waitress was so soft spoken we had to ask her to repeat herself countless times. Food was boring, blah, and nothing more than bar food. We ordered an in house beer and the humperdink voodoo. The beer was okay, but the voodoo was syrupy and towards the end tasted more like cough syrup. I'd hoped a drink with the establishment's name would have invoked a sense of awe, but it was disappointing. We won't come back on our next trip.

Place was a joke. It literally took 2 hrs to even get our food. And when we eventually got our food there was hair on one of the dishes. When we brought it to there attention they were just like “OH†as in if we were lying about it. There customer service was trash just like the place. save your time and just go else where.

I was at humperdinks today, because it's where I work. So now the full disclosure is taken care of, I will say that from an employee's point of view, I really like the place.Our kitchen does a great job of preparing the wide variety of food we have on our menu very deliciously, and I never feel bad about recommending any of it. We have a very kid friendly environment in our dining room and a very laid-back at times and exciting at times environment in our cocktail area. The servers are great! Come by and check this out, if it's a weekday maybe I'm there, ask for Karen.

Service may have been between shifts or something but we sat for a long time between being seated and having our (party of 2) drink order taken and then waiting for them to arrive. Then our server changed and then changed back at the end. Not sure what happened there but it didn't seem right. Menus were dirty, not just a little dirty, it was gritty dirt like it was plucked up off the ground at a ranch. At least it wasn't sticky. Food is great tho, when it arrives. We had burgers and they were like a great weekend backyard grilling party. My wife had the impossible burger and she genuinely did not notice that it wasn't beef. Restrooms were dirty and smelly but again it could have been during a shift change so I don't know if it's a legitimate criticism but I notice unclean bathrooms. One wait during our meal we had to get water from the bartender in the next room to get water. There seems to be something wrong here but the beer and food was great.
