Employee Brandy Wright met us at the entry and explained how to get the most out of the experience. Then she followed up several times to make sure we were well taken care of. It was a pleasure to get to know Brandy and to enjoy incredible barbecue at Hurtado. Every employee made us feel at home, including Armando who offered excellent service several times as well. I’m going back next weekend! And I will ask for Brandy and Armando.
Customer service was top tier friendly, fast, and on point from start to finish. Parking wasn’t too bad either, with both free and paid options available (and free on Sundays is a bonus!).
The vibe was everything fun, family-friendly, with tons of games and no long lines. I ordered 2 birria tacos with a side of limes and extra sauce 😋👌 chef’s kiss. Food came out hot and fresh in under 10 minutes.

The food was good, not the best bbq I've had, beef and pork parts were a little fatty. Overall it was worth the experience, since it was highly rated on The Fan. Taylor, the server was very nice and helpful.
