If you open at 6:30 am you should have all of your products ready to sell like EVERY OTHER DONUT STORE AROUND. This is the 3rd time I’ve been here to get a specific donut you make and you don’t have them ready. Wtf!

I used to come here all the time, but its changed. Was in one to two weeks ago with my bf, and it wasn’t until the shorter lady in the front took my order and had an attitude with me for no apparent reason. The food isn’t that good to deal with high prices and disrespectful workers. I would not recommend.

Love this donut shop! They have the best chocolate glazed donuts, delicious and chewy. Also, the service is always nice and welcoming.
I was a little let down when I stopped to pick up donuts. This place was really nothing special.... a counter, a cooler, 1 employee, and donuts that are $3.50 each. The donuts were unique but no better than donuts from other places. The picture for the shop on here has a line out the door. This was not the case. I was the only person there at 9am.

Great service, awesome chicken biscuits, and fabulous kolaches and donuts! Friendly and engaging owner - enjoyed the convo. Took the goodies to the Dallas Arboretum for a wonderful start to the day! Can’t say enough good things about the food! Don’t pass this place by!

BEST. DONUTS. EVER. We ordered the blueberry cheesecake stuffed donut and the tres leches donut, and let me just say, I have had a lot of different donuts im my life, Shipley’s, Vietnamese mom and pop shops, Krispy Kreme, other trending small independently run businesses but NONE have done it like Hypnotic. Light and fluffy yeast raised perfectly fried and fresh decadent donuts. I’ve never had anything like it. MUST visit. The chicken biscuits were hot and fresh. The meat was tender and juicy. The biscuits were flaky but a little dry. The donuts 10/10, the chicken biscuits 8/10.

The owner is so nice and willing to make things right. We had a donut that was not up to standards and we asked for a replacement. No fuss, no muss. He thanked us for letting him know and even gave us an apple fritter as a thank you :) We visit (almost) every weekend and will continue to do so. Excellent staff and food.
