This was my first time here. It wasn't to bad but it wasn't the best. Not a big selection, some of their machines were down. The Yogurt was good and the fruit and sides as well. Now one thing that was not good unfortunately, there was a certain smell that was a bit strong and smelled like an old mop. This place is known as a top Yogurt place so I will come back again to try it. I always give places a second chance.

I Heart Yogurt has a fantastic location and great potential to be a go-to spot for frozen yogurt lovers. The flavors are delicious, and the atmosphere is welcoming, but the topping section could use some improvement.

When we walked in it was empty! And when I say empty I mean no employees present at all. It was our first time there and didn't know how the place worked or how to order. So unknowingly my daughter grabbed a bowl and served a bowl with very little yogurt while I was trying to figure out how this place worked as there were no employees there to help us. Then a older Hispanic lady pops out from a back door and sternly says "don't use the bowl until you know exactly what you're getting because I seen you throw the bowl away". So I responded and told her "we didn't throw anything away". Then the lady said " yes you did I seen you on camera so stop lying". Not only was I shocked at her approach to my child but I was also confused because I didn't see my daughter toss the bowl. And I asked my 9 year old if in fact she did throw the bowl away and she said very scared because of the lady's attitude "yes I threw it away. So I told my daughter well you should have told me so that we could've traded it out or just fixed it with something else that you wanted. We ended up buying ONE bowl and will never be back due to the unprofessionalism of the employee and how rude and unwelcoming she was!

Hadn’t had this yogurt in a couple years. Use to be my fav growing up !! Decided to stop by and get baby girl and I some . Later that night we Vomited and poo’d our insides out ALL NIGHT! Even baby girl (10 months) Thought it was just a stomach bug but no one else in the house got sick and I remembered our vomit was orange (Valencia Sorbet) plus it was the very last thing we ate that day. Yuckkk !! Never going back the vibes were weird upon walking in I should’ve ran then!

They had an attitude because we came in the last 15 minutes and basically gave me watered down milk with not even a spoonful of matcha. I don’t see matcha here. But at least the girl’s makeup was pretty tho :) ?

This is a very reliable yogurt place in a very nice part of town where you can sit outside and enjoy it with family and friends. It is not fancy, but it is very good and dependable. Not sure why it has low star ratings. Sometimes the service is in the back and not paying much attention, but that’s pretty typical of an ice cream shop.

They would not honor a gift card that I hadn’t used yet, so sad.
I absolutely hate this place. Went in today and got a yogurt. Person working had a blender top and was touching the same yogurt taps I was and putting yogurt in to this blender top. I waited at the counter for her to add toppings to my yogurt. She was in the back in freezer fumbling around. I left. Again, the same person touching the same yogurt taps as the customers is the only one that can add toppings to "my" yogurt. Horrible. Hope this place goes out of business soon.

Fruit toppings are fresh. Generally, most of the flavors are working, which is nice. Decor is super simple, but it’s a great area to sit inside or out. Notice how the neon plexiglass on the wall glued

If I could leave no stars that would be it. To start with the staff she was so rude seemed like she didn’t want to be at work. The ice cream tasted old and the toppings for a fact were old. For the price and service just go to McDonalds.
