came in at 11:00 o’clock and was looked at and ignored several times, the server looked at us and rolled his eyes and said oh my god. we left if you don’t want to do your job do something else with your life 🤷♀️

The food requires a lot attention. The tenders were hard as a rock....the orange juice was watered and did not tasted well. Had to wait 20 minutes because the upcoming servers were running late.

Coffee was good, the food was bad. My daughter and I ordered French toast which was battered on one side and burnt on the other. The hash browns were not cooked all the way either.

The gn Sam needs to learn to wear a hair net found her black hair in my food how can I hop not address all this bad reviews so slow and no accountability at next I’ll do dennys cause I come every day and her service really sucks

I came in tonight approximately around 1am to pick up an order I did not receive. The server came in and greeted me, asked how could he help and I told him the problem. He turned around to tell the gentleman that came from outside that I was missing an order. I guess the gentleman is a cook, I hope he’s not someone in charge because he did not address the issue, was very nonchalant and most of all just rude. Obviously the server told me that they were out of French toast (as everyone else heard) but I stated that I had ordered the combo. The server asked the gentleman could I get my meal at least and this gentleman said very loudly NO she can’t. At that point I just wanted my money back because I had no understanding. Apparently I had to wait until tomorrow morning when their general manager Samantha Gonzales comes in. I’ve managed at several diners overnight. I get it, but it’s all about the acknowledgment. I did not come in obnoxious nor rude. I came in, waited and observed. I did not deserve the treatment and attitude. I just wanted my food. Ridiculous.

Terrible all the way around. Had to ask for my food 3 times. Waiter argued with me. Then brought out cold food. He Didn’t offer any help. Essentially told me to deal with it.

We didn't stay, way too crowded
This location sucks when it comes to delivery. They don’t pack utensils, syrup, butter, napkins, Nothing! If you don’t have these things at your delivery destination(like i didn’t at work) then it’s impossible to eat your food. Making your very expensive delivery a waste. Please do better

In these last two times the service just didn't.
The waitresses served the coffee and never came back to serve more or ask if we wanted anything else.
Until we jumped almost so they could see us. Of course they only return with the bill but never to see what else we wanted. Guests not to return
The food is good, the cooks have many years of experience and are good people, but the table service is bad.
