We asked for a milkshake and they said they had no milk meaning i could not order not even a glass of milk for breakfast. Then my wife asked for hazelnut for her coffee and the waitress said they didnt have non either , meaning that a good manager should not let this happen at all specially when it is breakfast , and the funny thing is walmart right across the street if i where him i would have already brought some from walmart or had uber eats or door dash deliver it. If he is unavailable to go himself.. me and my wife and friends always came to this place but i think we will probably begin to look at other options for breakfast or lunch because of this situation.

We came around 10 pm. The chick took our drinks, then our order. We never saw her again. We called out to someone and exchanged my husband's meal that did not taste right for something else.. If it wasn't for her this place would be a zero. We didn't get no refills. At this point we just wanted our check and to leave. That person did apologize on the behalf of the situation. So she knew. But it's not her fault. It's the cook and.. server since she never came back and checked on us.

A few years ago, this IHOP location suffered from poor service due to inattentive servers and obnoxious customers. Happy to report this IHOP is looking for new staff, but the current servers pay attention to customers' needs, and the place feels like a friendly restaurant, again, thankfully. Plus the food is good!

The manager is very unprofessional. She was loud talking the employees, and belittling the employees all in front of the customers. I feel that since she thinks just cause shes the manager and is black and the employees are Hispanic/mexican, that she can talk to them any kind of way. That is not right.
I've never been to this location in-person, but I have ordered from here using Uber Eats twice, and both times, the order was missing the toppings that made the items what they are. The driver delivered the entire sealed package both times, so this was not a driver issue, but an IHOP issue. First order included cupcake pancakes, which arrived with no toppings whatsoever. Second order included a strawberry cheesecake waffle -- again, no toppings at all -- so it was just a plain waffle. Will not be ordering from here again.
