Huevos Rancheros is on the menu, but we've gone to several restaurants in southern NM and THEY DON'T HAVE CORN TORTILLAS to even make it with. Not Alamogordo, Artesia, Carlsbad, or Roswell so far. WHY IS IT ON THE MENU if you don't even have the right ingredients?!? In Alamogordo right now and the server just told us they're "out of the stuff to make that". We should have gone to Alamo Grill.

WORST IHOP EVER. Waited in line for 20 minutes to be yelled at by a man "You next?! C'mon then." And that's how we were seated. The people who waited in front of us had an opportunity to give their orders to their server and had their food quickly. I thought our experience would be the same. Instead we sat at the table for an HOUR!!! No one spoke to us, we weren't asked what we wanted to drink or ordered. When I noticed people getting their food who were in line after us I asked when we would be served and the man who sat us down snapped at me telling me he just seats people and it isn't his job to remember what order people came in an if I wanted to be served I need to find my server. Appalled I started to leave but my kid's started to cry begging to stay. I found an employee and she began to yell we're busy and if you're waiting to be served you need to say something. 10 minutes later the man came to our table and wrote our order down. He returned with 1 of the 3 orders I placed and a receipt with an incorrect charge. I honestly don't know how any of these people still have a job. I will never return to this ghetto establishment.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Waited to be seated for over 20 minutes when there was absolutely no line and plenty of tables available still dirty. Once they realized, me and my bf got seated and proceeded to sit there waiting for someone to take our order. The waitresses were so chill not even worried abt us. We decided to wait longer and by that point decided to get up and leave. I understand being understaffed but the place was dirty and everyone was so nonchalant not even worried. I have never left from an ihop but this did it for me.

Just overall a dirty IHOP to be honest with you if I wanted this much dirt I'd go to Waffle House. They serve the food like it's slop just pile everything on one small plate and expect you to eat it because they feel like it's all going the same place. If I wanted eggs and hash browns smothered in gravy I would have asked for that. I got Saturday table with remnants of the last person's food and the cutlery was disgusting that's when I decided I was okay left all the food on the table and went elsewhere. Sorry for wasting your food I really hate to do that but you wasted my time. Thanks for the water

This ihop was in chaos when we arrived. It seemed low staffed, it took a minute to get to us. The kitchen appeared stressed from delivery orders, and the delivery drivers were so annoying hanging out by the kitchen bothering employees about their orders, making phone calls. Go wait by the door where you belong!
Shalaura was our server and she was wonderful!! We loved her and she made our visit so fun. She had such a long day but still made our night better.
The food is ihop food, okay?😂 It's delicious because we didn't have to cook it ourselves.
