The manager Xavier was wonderful with being the only one in the restaurant. He had to do everything from seating guests to cooking everyone’s food. He was very attentive and it’s was the best service I ever got at a restaurant.

This location is trash . Was waiting 10 mins to get a menu and any attention and then just left . Old woman was only serving Hispanic tables . Tuesday 8,30 am . No wonder it was so empty . Probably this area is poor and dangerous or something . I guess it’s my bad .

I had the worst experience at this IHOP location, and it was all because of the server, Audria. From the moment we started placing our order, her attitude was incredibly rude. She grunted and rolled her eyes when we asked for specific details about our food. We ordered a well-done steak, but it came out very pink, which was completely opposite of what we requested. When I ordered food for my son thats when she was super sarcastic. My 8year old wanted a blueberry chiller lemonade. And i asked if it was non alcoholic she looked at my like i was stupid for asking.
The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking. A dining experience should never feel like a chore for the staff, and her behavior made us feel unwelcome. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re expecting decent service.
