Terrible service, the worst service, on another occasion we went to dinner and the service was the worst. On this occasion, I spent 17 minutes in the cell phone, the only thing was an answering machine saying that they were coming back to me and lies. I went to the restaurant and asked to speak to the supervisor or manager, the waitress went straight to him and he waved me as if to go to hell and I approached him, he was probably a conceited Venezuelan, they give them a work permit and they already think it's a big deal. I don't even recommend that restaurant 👎👎👎👎

I was completely disappointed with my experience at this IHOP. I've been a customer at various IHOPs for years and often go during off times to get work done since they offer wifi access. Unfortunately, this location, I was actually asked to leave. It was during the overnight shift on Saturday night/ Sunday morning, and the MOD informed me that I had been there over an hour and needed to go.
Now, if the place had have been busy and short on tables, I would understand... but it had plenty of table empty for other costumers. Why would a company offer free wifi if they don't expect that some customers will take their time and utilize it. Other IHOPs have welcomed me and valued my patronage, but not this location.

Terrible service. I don't know if there's a change in management. They don't have any desire to replace anything. They want to go as the menu says. We won't be coming back again. I don't recommend it.

The Chinese waitress was very rude, i will never go back ..if she does not like her job then move off..no need to treat customers the way she did us.We didnt even eat because she was so rude at moment of seating us ...we wanted a booth and she said no because the tables where her's and then just walked away and left us standing there so we walked out .🤷♀️
