We were waiting to be seated for 15 minutes and no one came, we had to leave, I have been to several IHOP restaurants and something like this had never happened to us, it's a shame because I really like the food there.

My grown up kids and I were here about 2 hours after the eclipse. Place was nearly empty, it felt strange, most IHOP places are always busy, at least in LA. Yes, we visited Dallas for 3 days just to experience totality. Food, service and atmosphere were great, actually better than in LA.I'm surprised is not busier.Would love to visit Dallas again and of course visit this IHOP once more.I did thank the cook and waitress generously.Would recommend.

In a rush and waited as staff passed many times avoiding any contact with me. After 20 minutes I had to leave after realizing I was not going to get any service in a timely manner. The staff made eye contact multiple times and were aware I was there. Only one other group was there and there was seemingly no reason for us not to be seated in the near empty building. Not to mention I was with my grandmother in a wheelchair with dementia who was very confused at why we were being ignored.

When me and my wife went it was around 8 830 and our waiter was the host and everything, We asked him if he was by himself and he said yes, that he was the only way to there. He wasn't gonna have help for a few more hours. And there was probably about 12 13 tables or more that he was waiting on already when we got there, But I'm gonna tell you right now, This young kid was amazing, The way he handled all of us was just like a PRO I have NO complaints! We had an amazing dinner! And to our waiter i don't know if you'll get to see this message. But dude, you were awesome, Thank you for the great service. I really appreciate it.
