Be aware, this location does NOT participate in the nationwide “bottomless pancakes” promotion because “We are not an IHOP; we are an IHOP Express.” Makes sense—airports are strange that way. Regardless, delicious food and great service!

It's an airport 5 and a city 4. My food was correct and hot which seems to be a rarity these days. The real star of today's visit was the service. I usually find myself being somehow both rushed and ignored while trying to eat at an airport. Gabriella managed to perfectly balance timely service with polite patience.

QR code ordering. Coffee took another 10 minutes. The toast was cold and the omelette was mediocre. Other times I’ve come I’ve had other problems, including a bright pink lipstick stain on my coffee mug. No dish washing?
Payment was via the QR code and forced tipping. If ordering and payment are both digital and the only time I see a server is to set the food down, who am I tipping? The QR sticker?

Approached the greeter, was asked if bar seating was acceptable, it was and was seated quickly. Immediate service from the two bartenders. Ordered water, coffee and the cobb salad. Everything arrived fast, unlimited coffee and water refills and a massive portion of salad! Couldn't finish it! Good value for 20 bucks! Friendly, professional, welcoming service from start to finish. 5 outta 5!

Cold pancakes and NO TEA! I’d been away from the USA for 4 months and wanted some good sweet tea. None! The service was super nice though :)

I stopped in on a layover and the server was fast to greet me and I was seated quickly. My food was miraculously fast, hot and very good. I had the Cali burrito and really enjoyed it. It is a large portion. I asked if there was any flavored creamer for the coffee and my server brought International Delight French Vanilla which I loved.

The service I received was not up to the mark. After placing my order via the QR code, no one acknowledged that it had been received, and after waiting for quite some time, I had to approach the waitress myself to follow up. I was not provided with any cutlery initially, and once my food arrived, I had to wait yet again for cutlery to be brought to the table.

While attempting to fetch it, the waitress began attending to other orders instead, leaving my food on the table to grow cold. She did not seem to understand how to prioritise tasks. To make matters worse, a 20% tip was added to the bill within ten minutes of closing the service.

Ordered doordash last night after my flight landed. And some stole my order. When I reordered the food was very bland. I had a Colorado omelette so how it was bland is beyond me. The salsa they gave was old and probably expired so I hope I don't get food poisoning

Probably the worst airport offshoot restaurant I've ever eaten at. Server never asked if I wanted a refill . God only knows if they would have charged for refill. Had the way too greasy breakfast sandwich because at $14 that was the lowest price item they had to offer. No a la carte extremely limited menu. Iced tea was good and it was fast only positives I can take away from it.

Idk how you work at ihop and can’t even wait for the timer to go off to pull out the pancakes. Got two mushy unfinished pancakes had to send back. Couple across from me same thing. Just go to dunkin.
