Worst service received! I had to walk out without any food before my flight. A girl at the front tried her best to help.

Ordered doordash last night after my flight landed. And some stole my order. When I reordered the food was very bland. I had a Colorado omelette so how it was bland is beyond me. The salsa they gave was old and probably expired so I hope I don't get food poisoning

Probably the worst airport offshoot restaurant I've ever eaten at. Server never asked if I wanted a refill . God only knows if they would have charged for refill. Had the way too greasy breakfast sandwich because at $14 that was the lowest price item they had to offer. No a la carte extremely limited menu. Iced tea was good and it was fast only positives I can take away from it.

Idk how you work at ihop and can’t even wait for the timer to go off to pull out the pancakes. Got two mushy unfinished pancakes had to send back. Couple across from me same thing. Just go to dunkin.

Yeah it just wasnt good, not the ihop I was expecting. Ordered two of the Halloween special drinks from the bar...it was just seltzer water with inedible garnished. Watching the bartender make the drink it was super obvious she had no idea what she was doing and 2 drinks took 15minutes. Maybe not her fault but hear me out, maybe if the staff doesn't know how to make the menu, it shouldn't be served.

I just had breakfast at the IHOP in DFW Airport. As a frequent traveler, I understand that airport service can be inconsistent, but the service I received today was unacceptable. I was served by Chloe, and in all my years of travel I have never experienced such poor and unprofessional service. This reflects very poorly on your brand and should be addressed immediately.

We walked in.
Place is filthy. Servers are rude and inattentive.
We sit there for a bit waiting for a menu and finally a waitress comes and informs us we need to use the QR code. So we try that.
It’s a clunky site that takes forever and it’s not user friendly. Finally we figure out the order and try and pay and then it won’t accept payment details. We tried again, same thing.
The waitress hasn’t checked on us. We decided to leave. Why make a simple bacon and egg ordering so hard?
Also how can’t anyone expect a tip when they don’t take your order is beyond me.
Go to another place they don’t have a nice client experience.

Over 30 years ago I worked as a sever at the International House of Pancakes when they decided to rebrand and become IHOP. I fondly remember the day Norm the IHOP guy came to our location and his parking spot outside with a sign that said “Reserved for Norm, but you can park here too!”
Sooooo, whenever I see an IHOP I feel a craving for some French toast. If there’s something that hasn’t changed, it’s the consistency in IHOP breakfast.
This location has an interesting balance of grown men drinking beer in the morning at the bar while families with kids eat pancakes. I doubt there’s another IHOP like it.

Will not be going back. This location forces you to use an app. The app doesn't let you add sides or modify their selections in any way. I was here for breakfast and simply wanted pancakes and bacon. You can't do that! At IHOP! Your only option is to order a combo....and you can't modify anything. What a joke. I approached the staff, but they said the app was the only way to order. Shameful.
