Service was not good at all. Been here before got same sort of treatment. Cloe was the waitress.(if that is in fact her name ) She seemed like she really didn’t want to be there. Honestly. I think I had her as a waitress before and she was sub par then too.
I had to ask for everything. Utensils after getting food. Sugar and milk for coffee after getting the coffee. A spoon to stir coffee after getting sugar and milk. Syrup for pancakes after getting utensils.
Not once did she think ahead to provide anything. She kinda did this with every customer but mainly to me. I love to tip. I love to tip big with good service. I can’t say that this was really good service at all. The food was just ok. Since I had to wait for every single item needed with hardly any communication with the waitress unless I spoke up you don’t get a tip. Instead you get a poor review and hopefully you will get another job. One that is more suitable for your demeanor.
Seems like this place survives only because there is no other options available to people.
Must be nice taking people’s money like that.
Glad I waited to pay and tip. But don’t wait too long. The app say it will automatically charge a 20% tip if you don’t pay before the app times out in 40 minutes.
Thanks for the crap experience before my flight. You can write back that you are sorry. But, I’m sure I’ll get the same experience if I go there again because you’re not going to do anything about it.

Wednesday - 6:09am, It was never opened!
The worst ordering system EVER! I challenge the Executives to actual go eat at the restaurant. Then compare to a normal restaurant where the server takes the order and will get tipped on their service.

Everything was great till I got the bill. $20 for a regular Long Island iced tea is simply outrageous.

How can they so badly mess up pancakes? Eggs medium were over super easy, pancakes not fully cooked. Ordered blueberries and got a cold bowl of blueberries to pore on my cold pancakes. What a total joke!
Follow-up, the response from management was an even bigger joke than the service and quality in the restaurant. They send you a link to fill out just to get put into the que of all the other unhappy customers. I will NOT be going back to IHOP. Give me a Waffle House at least you know what you are getting into.

With only 4 other customers there…Coffee, sugar and creamer brought (nothing to stir with) 10-15 minutes after I ordered. Waited another 10 minutes for 4 pancakes with 1small butter on top.
Server was there and gone before I could get my AirPods out to ask for more butter. I waited by they didn’t come to check if all was ok so I finally just started eating them. They did not come by again I was halfway through the third pancake.
They were quick to have me pay the bill before shift change though.

Worst costumer service, rude people
Food undone!! My sausages were poorly cooked and and pancakes we literally still with batter in the middle and soggy aroinf the rest. POOR customer service. I had to get up and find someone to help with my pancakes. It has taken over 20 minutes to get new pancakes outs that were very thin. Meanwhile all the girls are just gathered near the front to laugh and talk. I'm really disappointed.

12/10/24. Absolutely horrible, pancakes were uncooked, eggs were cold. Asked to remove plate from Bill, they would not. Do not go.

Came to get some breakfast after a long night of traveling, and my waitress, (who never gave me her name, I found it on the receipt) Sincera, took forever to take my order, did not refill my drink at all and I had to ask a food runner to, and she seemed very overwhelmed. She also had other people waiting a while just to be helped. When she finally did come back to the table, all she did was grab my cup and leave (no words exchanged). I am very upset and dissatisfied with my service especially after being up all night at the airport.
Forced to take out.
Once ordered, not allowed to sit. Forced to take out. How am I supposed to eat pancakes without a table?
There is plenty of room to sit down. More than 10 tables were available. Nothing saying once you placed an order, you would not be allowed to sit down.

Finished drinking our coffee and noticed a lot of lipstick on the other side of the cup that easily wiped away. We were obviously given dishes that were not washed.

a great place for blueberry pancakes/hashbrowns/eggs/sausage for...dinner! Service was friendly and quick. A great place to dine while @ DFW. Prices were in line with other eateries at the airport.

Compared to do many other upscale restaurants here in the DFW airport, this IHOP surprisingly beats them all. While the food is more expensive (it is an airport after all), they don't skimp on portions and the quality was top notch.
My waitress was on point. In a very good mood, polite, and prompt.
I will happily eat here again.
