Food is DELICIOUS! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT! The only problem is getting in line. The entrance to the place interferes with the cars that are trying to exit the establishment. It's a mess! Be patient!!!

The takeout was extremely slow. When I went to pick up the food, I hadn’t fully taken it yet and she let go, causing the food to drop on the floor. There was no apology or acknowledgment

Ordered a double double with onions and chili peppers all the way. I got 2 burger patties and a couple buns plain instead. Asked for pepper and salt too and I didn't even get that. I felt taken advantage of being a Contractor rushing my food out, the lady even said back to me what I had but it was too late when I left I had to go back to work. They're not always like that though, I'm not sure what happened I was nice to them as usual. Sad times.
