This is regarding my recent experience at In‑N‑Out with a Hispanic-looking employee named LILIANA with dark brown hair light skin . She was extremely disrespectful and rude toward me, giving me uncomfortable stares throughout the interaction. At one point, I even asked her, “Are you okay? Your energy seems off,” because her behavior was making me uncomfortable. While I was ordering my food, she was condescending and rude, especially when explaining the options for different burger types (single vs. double, animal style, protein style), which I didn’t fully know. When I called out her attitude, she quickly changed her tone, but then when helping another customer, she was completely pleasant and professional. This inconsistency was frustrating and unprofessional. I do not recommend her, and I strongly urge In‑N‑Out to review her conduct and ensure all employees treat customers respectfully.

I was mortified; this was the worst In-N-Out burger I've had. Go back to California because y'all can't cook down south. The best In-N-Out is in California. My bun was overcooked, literally hard, who overcooks bread buns

The high score isn't because it's perfect. But because of the consistency I've experienced with different locations. The food is delicious and tastes fresh. From Colorado to Texas, I've had nothing but good experiences, and I only wish they were closer to Forney so I could have it more often.

Protein Double Double Animal Style, Animal Fries.. no gluten. 100% awesome.
This was my first, and my last time trying In & Out. As soon as I got up to the window area of the drive thru, the smell was exactly the same as McDonald's. You literally would swear you were at McDonald's if you didn't see the building. The fries were awful. Dry and cold, no flavor. That was definitely not worth stopping at. Now I know why I hesitated so many years to try it. Never again.

Only disappointed in this location based on the staff alone. It isn’t very clean and there have been several occasions where you just don’t get the true experience we are typically used to at other locations. Overall I would recommend driving a few minutes to the tollway for a cleaner and more friendly location.
