We took a school(homeschool)tour at this location (Mockingbird Dallas) and got to see behind the scenes , we saw the kitchen, and everything is very clean and the food is really fresh! The manager Daniel was fantastic and Rachel was super kind! The food was great as always, but it was great to learn about their entire food preparation process, knowing that they use fresh beef!
